Très bien placé au centre de Madrid, métro a immédiate proximité, bien isolé. Buffet petit déjeuner varié. Personnel très à l’écoute. Je recommande

La stupenda terrazza solarium in camera e la posizione super strategica per raggiungere a piedi tutte le maggiori attrazioni culturali.

La sala per le colazioni è un po’ sotto dimensionata e il buffet potrebbe essere arricchito.

Hotel antigo, um pouco desgastado, mas funcional, roupas de cama e banho boas. Muito bem localizado em Madrid, próximo de tudo. Staff educado. Foi muito bom para uma estadia curta.

Bed was quite firm for my preference.

Excellent location. Excellent staff. Hats off to Patricia and Marta who went off the grid and helped me and my family to get rooms before check in time after a very tiring journey. Thank you very very much. Kids slept well and were fresh by the evening for a splendid tour.

Everything was great. The walk out balcony was the most perfect thing. It was great to just lay out and relax after a busy week. The location was perfect as well.

Our room was not ready earlier than we would have liked for it to be. That was not much of a problem though. We stayed in the lobby until it became available.

We stayed for 6 nights. We paid for a room with the roof terrace. The room was clean tidy and fresh with 2 complementary bottles of water. The room was just right for 2 and the terrace made relaxing in the early hours enjoyable. The breakfast was different to what I am used to but it had something for everyone. Location was ideal less than a 2min walk from the hotel entrance to the subway entrance. Shops,cafes, restaurants all within less than a few minutes walk. Staff were well presented, polite and friendly (especially as my Spanish is not very good) most staff understood my English so that was a huge relief. The hotel even held our bags for the day as our flight wasn't until 2215. We used a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport and back again it cost $30 each way. Then to top it all off we forgot an item. So we contacted the hotel and they had it in their safe. An email with my details and they are sending it to me. This hotel is 10 out of 10 and we will be returning to Madrid next year and will be staying with you again Kevin room 608

Good shower and bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Very good breakfast. Great location.

No mini bar or fridge in room. No bar facilities or beer etc in vending machine.

Location was super. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Rooms were a good size. Wifi worked well.

Breakfast was decent and I would have liked more options. The umbrella on our patio was broken and hard to manipulate.

Near to all the tourists attractions

If all the Bedrooms are the same than seriously needs an complete renovation. The bathroom was awful, toilet moved when you sat on it. Blackout curtains needed and we had workmen outside our room at 8-00 am painting the outside!!

The reception staff is courteous, helpful and efficient

Central to everything. You can safely walk and its close to the train and tourist arears. Beds comfortable. Breakfast is the best.
