Very nice place, clean with great breakfast and an amazing two ladies, very helpful. Close to the front sea.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi wasn't working at all and very tight bathroom.

Mandy & sharon who run the guest house are both exceptional hosts. Friendly & very welcoming. We arrived early & our rooms were already prepared, not only that I was then offered the parking space at the back.
Facilities were fantastic, we were on the top floor and there was no issue with water pressure. Breakfast was fantastic, good choice on menu and lovely fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals. Would definitely recommend this guest house. Will definitely be back.

Location excellent and close to bars and restaurant. Free parking at the back which is great. Friendly and chatty hosts.
Host went extra mile to get black pudding in as well which was extremely grateful for.

Clean, comfy a real home from home. Mandy and Sharon are helpful and welcoming. Lovely room 2. Fantastic shower. Fan in room was most welcome. Lovely little treats left in room like biscuits, chocolates and bottled water. Fridge in room. Fantastic breakfast (omelette is amazing) would highly recommend. Ideally situated for the land train.
When you arrive at torquay train station there is no taxi rank. Only pre booked taxis can pick up from there .

Extremely friendly staff, made to feel welcome straight away even though we actually arrived early. Very good location, 10-15 min walk downhill and you're on the seafront, everything required was within walking distance.

Lovely place, we will certainly be back for longer next time. Hosts were AMAZING! Especially as we had to leave very abruptly! Breakfast was superb, thank you so much for your hospitality.

Night away for a concert at princess theatre. Extremely welcoming hosts. Upgraded our room for free. Excellent breakfast. Great choices. Brilliant location. 10 mins walk from everything. Perfect. Very clean. Nd thoughtful details like free ear plugs. Chocolates. Biscuits. Bottles of water and shower gels.

Had a room at the top the building with 57 stairs to climb. However appreciate that the building did not lend itself to a lift. It did not bother us but it would be a good idea to mention in this as it could prove a problem for some.

We had a lovely welcome from Sharon and Mandy ,the location was ideal was close to the beach and a short leisurely walk to the marina .Breakfast was exceptional with all the various food on offer and cooked deliciously by Mandy .

Comfortable and clean with excellent hosts. Pretty fresh flowers around and other little touches like a mini fridge, that make you feel comfortable and at home. Did not hear any other guests our room was on top floor. Great choice of freshly cooked breakfast choices plus fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast. Plenty of hot water good shower pressure. Lovely hard working ladies who are friendly but also give you privacy. Short walk to buses, trains and shops, seafront and attractions.

Hosts Mandy & Sharon really made our stay giving us advice on where to visit and travel by Bus instead of taking the car. They were super friendly and so kind giving us the extra touches in our room from bottles of water daily and chocolates & biscuits replenished too! Even had ear plugs if we needed them. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing also 😋
The shower was slightly on the small side especially for taller & wider people.

Sharon & Mandy were so welcoming and gave us tips of where to visit and eat. There was a variety of breakfast choices and the English breakfast was so filling and tasted great!!
