The apartment was not clean to my standard the walls need painted. The toilet was broken and dripping water from it kept me awake .

The situation was excellent. Sea views, not to close to the town centre to avoid the noise but close enough to walk.

Firstly we had to park on the road as our vehicle didn’t fit in the underground car park. When we arrived we were advised by the lovely security guard that the pool was shut for until July! This was not stated on their website! We had a very unhappy teenager as we booked it because of the pool! When we got up to our apartment eventually it was spacious but tired. Strange stains on the walls/ceiling of one of the bedrooms, handles hanging off the kitchen cabinet and the carpet was disgusting! It had the DNA of probably most of people that had stayed there in the past… it was filthy! Tried to vacuum it myself but it was no good! The manager when we checked out was not interested in the fact that it was not mentioned on their website about the pool. Myself and another family were ‘complaining’ about this but he kept telling us the rates had been discounted to cover the fact there was no pool! Will not visit again due to these issues and poor customer service.

beachfront views, right on beach minutes walk to surfers paradise, cavill mall, restaurants etc Also, rented a car had a carspace under cover and secure and went on many tours as well as theme parks

when checking in on Saturday, no one at front desk had to call for someone to drop keys, which was fairly quick, other than that, highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great staff and location. Very comfortable apartment and everything needed for a holiday was supplied.

There was work going on at the pool but we were informed about this prior to our stay which we really appreciated.

Amazing location. Just have to cross the road to go to beach. We had nice time waking at the beach anytime we wanted and was lovely to be able to see the New Year’s Eve fireworks by sitting on beach without a heavy crowd, never an option at a Sydney. Shops and restaurants are very close. The beds were comfortable and clean. Nice ocean views. Working dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Apartment is screaming for some love and maintenance. Weird hard stone like flooring but it was only at the apartment we stayed , we looked at the next one while passing as it was being cleaned and it was great. Not bothered about small things like ageing apartment, chipped paint etc., but other things were unreasonable like the sofa is way past it’s end of life. I am sure how people are supposed to sit and relax after a day of walking in living room when sofa is unusable. The rug in the living room was very dirty(old is fine but dirty is no excuse )and we had two toddlers who love to roll on the floor so was a bit concerning. Showers heads were not powerful and it took forever to take a shower. The water sprinklers(ceiling) were so dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in months, was unsettling to sleep underneath them.

The apartment overall was in a weathered state. Window winders covered in salt, balcony dirty, roller in sliding balcony door struck, carpet stained, internal bedroom cupboards in bedrooms need attention …T.V provided was small (approx 28 inch). the room We stayed in was in serious need of repair and maintenance work. Very disappointing!!!

old & dated. the air was musty & off when we entered the apartment. must have been closed up for a while. at dinner on the first night we opened the dishwasher to find the bottom full of stagnant, pungent old water which engulfed the entire apartment with stench. clearly not checked by the cleaners. multiple cockroaches running around.

Reception super friendly, helpful. Location perfect. Good sized apartment with everything we needed during our stay.

The view was nice but the balcony was closed in. Close to Cavill Ave.

The apartment needed a makeover. Things were broken and old. The underground parking was very scary.

the property had called me 2 hours before check in time and let me know that our 3 bedroom apartment for our family was no longer available and they were not going to try help us find another place to stay nor were they going to offer us anything except a refund which they processed without my consent and incorrectly so I was unable to get the funds in time to find another place to stay when I had contacted the lady at reception she simply blocked me telling me to sort it out with my bank when the mistake was on her end.
