The location was excellent. The views were good.

The apartment was grubby in places. The dishwasher didn’t work and there was dirty cutlery in the drawer. The towel rail in the second bathroom was broken and caused a couple of bumps with people walking into it. The toilet roll holder in the second bathroom was broken. The door to this toilet opened very close to the toilet and caused difficulty getting in and out of the toilet. The balcony was very dirty

Spacious two bedroom ocean view apartment Location to surfers beach

Room 19 Unfortunately disappointed with overall stay. We often stay in beachfront apartments on the GC and wanted to try somewhere different. Wifi was terrible and we went our whole stay not being able to connect Ensuite Bathroom was dirty Large dust gathered in corners of ensuite bathroom, missed by cleaners Unfortunately ensuite bathroom had a strong odour coming from drain in shower 2nd bathroom had a large tub that was difficult to get in and out, potential safety hazard No locks on bathroom doors Main bedroom mattress had a urine stain on mattress

location, close to Cavill mall but still in relatively quiet location. beach front. facilities were great.

apartment could have done with a bottle opener, small sharp knife etc, bigger glasses. small cost to have a few more items. beach or pool towels would have been good. hair dryer in master.

The location was exceptional..right on the beach and only walking distance to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Tom & Lucy were wonderful to us & so welcoming.

For 3 of us ladies it would have been nice to have had access to a third matching outdoor chair for the verandah.. But that was only minor because everything else was wonderful.

Bed was like a rock lol.

broken balcony door handle, no basic essentials (detergent, washing powder, shampoo - had to go and buy everything which is a shame when it’s some relatively cheap and easy for the owner to provide), peeling pain and black mould in ensuite.

Location is amazing - right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants without the busyness of being in the centre of Surfers.

Minor thing - but there are no soap dishes in the showers. This seems minor but would not take much to fix this issue - difficult to have a shower when there is nowhere to put your soap!

Good location close to beach and shopping centre, great views, complex has spa and sauna and heated pool

Apartment was clean but is showing its age, kitchen cupboards need updating, apartment showing its age a bit old and blinds were dirty, windows dirty but this would be close proximity to beach and salt spray, heated pool was not very warm

How close it was to everything. Also how spacious the apartments were. Beach front veiw was great. Would stay again. 😊

Location and view from the apartment was amazing

Cleanliness, whole apartment looked dirty, blankets looked dirty. We didn't have any water for at least 4 hours. One of the shower was liking water in to the bathroom. Only two toilet papers, once dishwasher and one serv of washing machine liquid were provided.

The Apartment was beautiful and the views were spectacular.

Everything but it is hard to top those views - literally right on the beach. And the unit managers Tom and Lucy - they were so welcoming and helpful.

The property had direct entry to the beach and was close to restaurants and shops.
