Sauna not working, steam room not working

The apartment was very spacious, well furnished and clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was taken in a very nice onsite restaurant. The continental breakfast included the usual breads, preserves, meats and cheeses with the addition of scrambled eggs. The waitress made us very welcome. We went to the restaurant again in the evening which is called Chez Jorge and the food was amazing, the same waitress was there in the evening and again the the service was excellent. I would recommend everything about this resort. An all round great experience.

The only thing I would criticise is the very hard mattress.

We loved how easy Lakeside was to find and we were delighted with the apartment. An excellent location for the lakes with many facilities during the summer months but with many walks through wonderful location nature reserves. The included Continental Breakfast in the price of the apartment was very good in the restaurant on the corner of the apartments and we were given the choice of scrambled egg for an extra 2.50euros which was very welcome.

We were a group of 7 people & we booked a 4 bedroom villa. We were told at the time of check in that 4 bedroom villa had some roof leakage problem so they gave us two 2 bedroom villas in different buildings. They should have informed us before through email as we were so looking forward to spend the time together. Another disappointment was the Turkish bath not working on the 2nd day of our stay. The breakfast was disappointing too. The eggs were chargeable & they didn’t had extra supply of bread.

bed was too hard, could feel springs underneath so needed more quilts on top from the staff. They said some units have newer, better beds. Fan in kitchen did not work, but opening windows created nice cross breeze. Breakfast choices were fine but very simple.

had everything required in the apartment & nice pool. we used Uber to get about or walked as approx 40 mins to nearest supermarket.

This is a fantastic property - ideally located with great facilities. The accommodation was spotless and contained everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and made us feel instantly welcome.

Well located clean apartment. Complex well maintained in general. Disappointed with apartment for price we paid. Beds uncomfortable, noisy at night from other guests so hard to sleep. Cooker didn’t work well at all so hard to cook dinner at apartment. Place felt run down. Used to be so much netter

More modern comfy outdoor furniture. New cooking facilities cooker fridge etc. More comfortable beds.

The woman in the office next to reception. She was rude, surly and ver offhand. Young lady booking in was EXCELLENT and needs commending. Surly woman in adjacent office needs firing.
