I liked everything about this hotel was amazing stay very welcoming and very helpful they all were very clear well spoken very clean and tidy hotel and if u needed anything all staff was amazing to helping out everything is walking distance right on your door step and also a member of staff called Mr hannie Is the best. I will be back again to stay I've been 7 times now love it all

The only think that I didn't like was u can't drink the water out of taps lol that's it.

Bahga Palace is very nice and clean place. I like it. When i come to hurghada i stay only in Bahga Palace. !!!!!!!!!

Clean room and near to center of town

I am from Russia. And when i come to hurghada,i book every time only Bahga Palace. I like this place very much.

the staff were bad, the address which that is there was not the right one and then I called the man who’s phone number was on the page, he picked the first 2 times and then I called him 14 times and he ignored it. on arrival nothing was done, the room was dirty and there was nothing there, no towels no cups no spoons I mean nothing. the booking says it has Wi-Fi which was a lie .. they had construction going on so we woke up to the sound of loud machinery every day. my kids were so unhappy that I cut my stay early and we had to go to another hotel … you get what you pay for and this is a true meaning to it .. I can’t find one positive factor of it .. well there is an English lady who works there who was nice but apart from that it was bad.com

To avoid !! everything is worth more than all the constant disappointment this place got us, no wifi, (there is one at the office but they don't give you access, even for emergencies). We rented especially for the kitchen, ended up with 1 knife for 2 people, 2 cheap forks and plates, one pan, not even a bowl to make a salad and dirty glasses : but that ended up not being the worst concerns as the flat wasn't equipped with the basics so no lighter for the Gaz, no sponge to clean after yourself. They didn't send any cleaning service during our entire stay and do not provide a bin, towels, shower curtains or shower carpets or basic cleaning products such as a broom, so no matter how much you try, you end up leaving in a dangerously slippery gross dump !!!! And that is if you get the chance to have a clean flat in first place, ours had grey and orange spots, mold, and a disgusting mattress. I could go on forever about how bad it was, because every bit of our stay everywhere in the building was a constant disappointment (the power went off, the pluming is full and gross and there was naked wires and unfinished work at every floor, the AC was unfixable so it was cold). So avoid yourself the trouble of dealing with those very unscrupulous and rude people and just go elsewhere, it will always be worth it !

Maybe the area

I received a smelly apartment with a filthy, stinky bed and bedding! That, after talking to the owner, he came to pick me up from the airport. Transfer and early checkin negotiated the day before (in writing) and for which, when I arrived, he would have wanted more money! (but I did not accept). Shameful and disappointing what he could offer me for my money. Disgusting.

Sound of the air conditioning in the reception is very noisy

They asked to pay extra money at check in when I refused they told to go and come back after one hour at 1 clock while their check in is time starts at 12, so they gave me a very bad room in the basement however eventually they charged me extra for better room and asked to go to other building not the one I booked, very bad attitude from the staff
