We had the worst stay. The flat was smelly, the TV was broken, the wifi did not work, the fridge and freezer door was broken, your customer care was the worst

Wir haben die Reise aufgrund der Erfahrungen in dem Quartier abgebrochen! Rückmeldung auf meine WhatsApp und Anrufe erfolgte gar nicht oder nur mit Autotext. Schlimmste Unterkunft ever!! Nie wieder

Es stank nach Abfluss in beiden Badezimmern!! Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch. Schwarze Haare auf Kopfkissen. Ein Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen! Licht im Flur vor Wohnungstür defekt.

La localisation, l'agencement et la décoration de l'appartement.

Le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas (et donc la télé non plus) -nous avons joint le service "client" mais aucune solution de nous a été apportée - Deux fenêtres sont défectueuses : aucune isolation du bruit de la rue. Très peu d'équipements et de vaisselle dans la cuisine - Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de la hotte de la cuisine (là-encore aucun retour du service client)

Keurige accommodatie, geheel compleet. Mooie badkamer en prima bed. Alles met toegangscodes dus erg makkelijk.

Net zoals een keer hiervoor geen TV kanalen ( wel TV maar geen ontvangst) en ook werkende WIFI.

The location is amazing. Close to the metro and in a nice neighborhood. You are in a walking distance from some amazing restaurants, the metro station is 2 minutes away as well. It was warm, clean and cozy. The facilities exceeded our expectations.

The wifi was almost not usable, and the pull out couch is really squeaky. Whoever sleeps there and not in the bedroom gets a worse deal. Maybe it's not the same for other apartments, but that was our experience. But these were miner downfalls. Overall we were very satisfied.

Quan enrtraves se sentia pudor de cloaca. Després ja t'acostumaves.

De locatie was prima, als in: alles was op een loopafstand van 30 minuten te bereiken. Qua locatie met betrekking tot geluid: vreselijk.

- Er was geen fatsoenlijke trap aanwezig. Ook niet verwelkomend wanneer er brand uitbreekt. - Er lag een drol in de hal bij een gaar doodlopend trappengat - Geluidsoverlast van buiten, niet te doen - Geluidsoverlast van andere mensen in appartementen van smartflats. Elke avond was het feest tot ‘s ochtends vroeg. Totaal niet comfortabel. - Contact met de eigenaren was mega slecht; als in, er was gewoon geen mogelijkheid om te communiceren. - Totaal niet schoon bij aankomst. - Ontbreken van een fatsoenlijk shampootje oid.

konumu çok güzeldi, daire çok büyüktü. giriş çıkış çok rahat bir yerdi.

oda da korkunç bir pis su gideri kokusu vardı. dayanılmaz bir haldeydi. 4 kişi rezervasyonu yaptığımız halde 2 adet çift kişilik yatak vardı. 2+1+1 olduğu yazıyordu. Odada yataklar haricinde 1-2 koltuk da olmalıydı.

At the end moment, they changed the house number which wasn’t matching to Google and it was a trouble finding for it. Moreover, they mentioned that the flat has an air conditioner but it didn’t have. The fan was also not working. We complained to the customer care, they promised to us that it will be fixed but nobody came in 3 days to fix it. It was horrible to sleep without a fan. Customer service is very poor. They don’t revert you and if they do then they don’t provide service for it.

It is huge and modern.. well located also.

I had to put in a deposit to get my key number.

Noisy neighbours partying very loudly at 2am for hours waking us all up.

It smelt like human poo, I mean this literally Throughout the whole apartment and the smell would not go away

Only one bathroom and second bed was not comfortable at all.

We can't review our booked apartment because Smartflats changed our booking venue the day of arrival on an international flight without informing us. They gave us a new address in a central restaurant district and placed us on first floor with loud revelling happening all night - very noisy and caused lack of sleep.We rrsearched and booked a specific apartment that met our needs for 5 adults and were given a different apartment that slept 4 and the 5th had to sleep on the couch which was not a sofa bed. The apartment was very poor- broken chair- only 3 chairs to sit on, dishwasher broken, toilet seat broken, no privacy because others had to travel through one bedroom to get to toilet and the first couple had to travel through second bedroom to get to shower. Doors to bedrooms had holes in them. Door handles were broken. Poor communication- downgraded us to a poorer and cheaper apartment with previous poor reviews without notice. I will not trust Smartflats with any booking in future.

The check-in process was automated, allowing us to provide all necessary details before our arrival. We received the door codes in advance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free entry. The location of the place is conveniently close to the metro, and there are plenty of food options available nearby. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for a pleasant stay.

While the toilet was newly constructed, it was slightly compact in size

Massive main room and big bedrooms. Having the kitchen with a fridge was excellent. No air con but you can open the big windows to get a breeze (also brought in the sounds of the city). Even though not in the centre of town it is a lively shopping district with a short walk to metro and tram stop.

Both shower rooms had a bit of a Brussels pong to them, but we got used to it. Mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. The small single pillow per person didn't help (though we did find spare pillows in one of the bedrooms at the end of our stay).

No air conditioner, inhuman staff, did not contact us to find out how we were doing, we could be dead in there!!!, address given to get there wrong 1/3 instead of 2/4 capitaine crespel, the fan was not working the heat in the flat unbearable even with all the windows open. We did not sleep for 4 nights, they emptied our bank account by taking €300 twice and didn’t tell us until we could not get money from cash machine. They did not even apologise for it, they were saying it is not our fault and you are not the only ones. Can you imagine!!! Us if it was our fault they took our money twice…..

The appartment was very spaceious with good views of the city
