Cleanliness. Rooms service are super fast and responsive. Saftey is well considered: such as anti slippery floors.

Rooms are partial view to the sea. Electric plugs were close to the reach of children. There's no full control over AC's ventilation speed. Shower easily reaches w.c's door.

Mr. Shaadi at reception was very welcoming, cooperative and professional like always. Roof top with a very nice sitting option and pool for kids.

The size of the room and the beds were excellent. The kitchen and a decent size fridge come in handy. A wonderful sea view from the bedroom.

The WiFi was very bad. It had a full connection but no internet. And no STC coverage in the hotel area. Mobily customers will be happy.

the suite is clean and the view is nice

The noise from the roof because my suite was under the swimming pool. The swimming pool area was not clean and the water also very smelly.

Location and amenities were great. Mr. Shaady at reception was very cooperative and professional, as always. Roof had a nice sitting area with sea view. Play area and pool were great for kids.
