Am Pool gab es viel zu wenig Liegen, da mussten wir warten, bis jemand weg ging.

Our room was spacious and laid out appropriately with plenty of space to hang clothes or be able to unpack. Cute patio overlooking the hotel grounds. Breakfast included in the room was well worth the charge, great way to start the day especially when being a tourist. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are all lovely and accommodating.

We have no negatives for our stay at Chala Number6, cant wait to return!

The Breakfast is made to order due to Covid restrictions. You choose your meal the day before and can choose quite a few items. You put the time down that you will arrive in the dining facility and upon your arrival you are served your beverages and a small salad to start your meal. Overall the service is fantastic and the food is good.

From the second we entered; everything exceeded our expectations! Safe, beautiful, excellent location. Professional and friendly staff. Drinks and food were superb! I especially appreciated the popcorn while waiting for our food! Stunning, charming and welcoming! You must try the spa!!! Again, exceeded my expectations!!! My adult daughter and I were delighted! I will be returning with my husband. Worth every penny!! You’ll absolutely love this place!

Such a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. This was one of those hotel bookings that when you arrive it blows you away. Beautiful setting, modern but yet traditional. Staff very attentive. Shame we didn't have time to try the SPA. Breakfast was above excellent for choice, and accompanied by traditional live music...and roosters

Really cool hotel. As soon a pulled up I knew it was a winner. The interior they call was absolutely flawless and very culturally appropriate the staff were well dressed and keen to help and assist in any way they could. Check in and check out was a breeze and everything about the room was spacious comfortable and high quality.

Everything to be honest! As soon as I entered the hotel I felt calm. I was welcomed by beautifully natured staff who were very helpful. The grounds are spectacular and the rooms are of a high standard and very comfortable. The restaurant serves amazing food and you couldn’t get a better location. Right in the middle of everything, the pool is clean and large with a lovely waterfall theme on one side. The deck chairs are comfortable. You can really get your Zen on here. Highly recommend!

Everythink very perfect wonderful

The location was fantastic and the property was very tastefully done up. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were superb.

The breakfast spread was limited for a 5 star. The alternate venue at Rice Barn was too small and cramped for the size of the hotel and number of guests. The staff at the Restaurant struggled to speak basic English, which is surprising for a 5 star hotel and they couldn't even take the orders properly or explain the ingredients.

Exceptional service, staff, lots of added extras to enhance comfort like hats, slippers, umbrellas. They kindly offered free cocktails while we waited for our taxi after checking out

THE ROOMS WERE AMAZING , THE STAFF RIGHT FROM THE FRONT DESK TO ROOM SERVICE WERE EXCELLENT CENTRALLY LOCATED TO MOST OF THE TOURIST SPOTS , WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE

location was central making travel convenient. the staff where very good they were always polite and well trained.

gym was basic and very small.

The breakfast was very delicious The staff was very friendly.

Water pressure in the shower was weak.

I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! the staff was so welcoming, room decor was cute, beds were comfortable, and the pool was relaxing!
