Great location, clean easy access hassle free check in and out , fast responding

Offering suggestions, not complaints – the place was clean and wonderful! A smart TV for YouTube and Netflix would be a great addition, and perhaps a more user-friendly zone heating system. A vacuum cleaner would have been handy during our 14-day stay. Overall, everything else was perfect!

Strong odour on entry to the property. Sofa bed broken. Dirt and water stains on chairs. Human hair in bed bedding, bedding stained and dirty clear it had not been changed since previous stay. Number of spiders and insects in the property. Dirt on the floor, clear it had not been hoovered or mopped. Tv not functioning. Dirt and marks on walls, appeared to be mucus and makeup. Kitchen utensils dirty and used. Bits of plants in the oven dishes and the floor. Toaster and kettle covered in grease and crumbs.

Airy, comfortable design.

The beds were not comfortable; one of them was broken and although we reported this to the host, the maintenance team did not show up. Extra pillows would have been good.

The code locks were easy to use and we didn't have to worry about multiple keys for all the family or about being locked out. The showers were brilliant. The kitchen layout was well-designed.

The trash bin size is good but the frequency of disposing the trash should be timed at more regular interval like once every 2 days. There is no spare bin bag to replace the old one.

The location was excellent for our visiting purposes (to attend a swimming competition). The apartment views were not really applicable as we requested quiet apartments and received exactly what we requested. Communicating with our hosts was excellent and they addressed every query we had. The price we paid was less than normal and was excellent value in our opinion. A truly exceptional experience to visit Sheffield and stay in a perfect location! We will be back over the next year for swimming competitions and look forward to staying in a Primero Apartment again!

The flat supplies were the only thing lacking in our opinion. The kitchen should have dishes, glasses, utensils for at least 4 people and cooking-wise - the flats need more utensils. Sufficient large spoons, ladel, whisk, an extra knife or two, a few more pots for cooking, a kitchen cloth or kitchen paper, basics like some oil, salt and pepper and a roll of toilet paper or two. We were more than happy to buy all our own items of course and leave behind anything we had bought to use in the flat for the next renter (like salt, pepper, toilet rolls, etc.) We only thought the kitchen could have been better stocked for those who are renting the apartments to cook in daily.

You can tell the apartment has been well used, would benefit from a bit of TLC - lick of paint, new bed frame and the mattress is very old - can feel the springs coming through.

It's great value for money - more spacious than a Sheffield hotel at a much better price. It was a good sized, decently modern flat in a good location for Sheffield - felt very safe around the building and inside. The building is really quiet and there was no noise from neighbours, although the street outside could get a bit loud from buses etc. (no one's fault though, Sheffield can get noisy!). There were some stains on the sofa and a bit of discoloration here and there, but the general condition of the flat was fine. It's a pretty standard modern student flat. It was a nice enough place to stay for a few days with nearly everything we might have needed.

Despite a reasonably pleasant stay overall, the check-in was not smooth. The property should have been available from 4 PM as per the booking but on arrival, my partner found there was somebody already inside the flat! Luckily it was only the cleaner who was very kind, but it was quite stressful for my partner and I was worried my partner would be stuck outside at night with nowhere to stay. If it was 10-20 minutes I wouldn't mind, but the flat was not ready until 5:40 PM. I'm not usually the sort to ask for a refund, but I thought a small refund for the late check-in was reasonable since we were paying for a flat we couldn't use. The host didn't agree unfortunately. The other issue is that the flat was swelteringly hot in the June heatwave and the days were quite sticky and uncomfortable! Obviously no one can control the weather and I wouldn't expect air-con, but I was surprised there weren't any desk fans provided to cool down with. I sent some genuine feedback to the host and I did get a response (after a week of waiting) but it felt a bit formulaic and I'm not really sure it will be acted on.

Location, quietness, blackout, HUGE bed, well equipped, access arrangements, nearby easy, fairly cheap parking.

Bath/shower wouldn't drain properly/quickly. Missing shelf over sink in bathroom. Lots of decor wear and tear visible, some furniture wear and tear too.

Very clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that there were some basic kitchen items such as foil, coffee etc. I work at the Court so the location was very convenient for that. It feels a little out of town although to be fair, it is only a short walk away.

Some of the kitchen items were not clean (not many but perhaps should have been checked) eg. the oven tray began smoking when I put the oven on due to grease left over. There were some (very few) silver fish in the bathroom. I struggled to find the entrance initially because I was driving. It would be worth pointing out that the entrance is at the front on the main road up some stairs.

Access code to the building did not work; had to wait on other people exiting the building to get in. When I rang Primero Apartments about this on the first day, they said it wasn't their responsibility! Totally uninterested in helping us. Ruined what was supposed to be a birthday weekend fir a family member, as each time we left the apartment we were never sure if we would be able to get back in again. On average, we had to wait outside the building for an hour each time before we got back in. Even though I contacted both Primero Apartments and booking.com, neither were interested in helping and I was just fobbed off with 'we are very sorry for the inconvenience'.

Ground almost basement floor Definitely not worthy of the money paid. Around 30 pound a night cheaper would of been more fitting.

Could not get into property due to fault with door. Was advised this often happens by neighbour. There was no customer service to resolve the issue, meaning I was left outside in the cold rain.

the entrance with many steps makes it difficult to drop off luggage checking in time . no parking for our car,with difficulty to use the nearest parking. A queen bed , with bad condition matress.it was not comfortable , no matress topper or protector, so we felt the springs & noise while sleeping.
