NOTHING, we payed for 3 nights, but left the property after first night 👎
reception not friendly, breakfasts was terrible, room was stuffy, very depressing experience
4.0
The view is good enough. I like to walk arround the villa with my fam pass trough the paddy field. Outdoor decoration is very artistic such as villas in Bali island.
The lighting in the room is too dark. My kids cannot read a magazine clearly in the night. The AC in the room does not cool enough. Sometimes there is a cat came into the room from the balcony door eventough we stay in 2nd floor.
2.5
Room is well decorated, with wooden furniture and floor (as seen in the pics). Super nice aircon and fresh, natural environment (since the building is facing forest/hill/field). Room is also super clean and the natural lighting is superb. Location of the hotel is around 7 minutes from the main road (of Puncak).
99% of the staffs including the receptionists did not comply to the health protocol i.e. not wearing face masks. The hotel was packed during our visit and most of the guests also did not wear masks. The room's wall was somewhat thin that we could hear our neighbor's kids scream all day. Warm water only lasted less than 5 mins, probably related to number of guests during our visit.

The place needs more staff.

Part I
Why I rated not so good.
- First of all
After arrival we walked around at the resort premises. We visited the pool area which have slippery ceramic tiles. No handrail at the steep stairs. I fell badly at my back, my hand bleeded and also my ankle. My wife started to scream, somebody of the staff appeared, took a look and disappeared. No help at all!
Arrival
- hard to talk in English, had to use Google translate - pre booked and paid breakfast for 2. But receptionist denied and asked for extra payment. Next day it took 20 min discussion and finally somebody else agreed.
Stay
Room for this price OK so far. The bath is dark and moist, no window but a tiny fan. We called our bath mate (Cockroach) Erna and it was very funny if you sit on WC and Erna is crawling around the sink.
The ant trail in the room wasn't that fun.
We booked a weekend out of Jakarta to escape from the cities noise and smell
but at the premises was running maintenance work (digging street to the parking lot). Even on Sunday went the work with an excavator further. The area itself is laying directly at the rice fields and it could be a nice spot.
You definitely need a car.
Part II
Breakfast keeps you alive but nothing special. Rice, noodles, chicken, kind of green vegetables, toast and artificial jam. For those who love coffee in the morning – bring your own. The brown hot what is offered has got an interesting taste.
Dinner (Indonesian style) was tasty. Resort is lead traditional, so no beer available or allowed. The mosque next door helps you to keep an eye on time.
Departure
We needed a taxi go back to the train station and ordered a Bluebird-Taxi. The Driver called me, I gave my Mobile to the reception and asked for help because my Indonesian language isn't that well yet. The Receptionist told me somehow (thanks God there is Google Translate) the driver asked us to drive us directly to Jakarta (of course a good business). I denied and the driver cancelled his job. From the Reception just a “Hihihi” and that's it. No offer to help, no suggestion.
All in all I think and hope (was our first trip in Indonesia) there are other vacation sites where you can spend your leisure time and your money.
3.5
It's common.
No towel in the room. Had to call reception to request for the towel.
