The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I was a solo traveller who ran into some difficulty. They really made my stay.

The room with balcony and sea view was excellent. The included breakfast was tasty and huge. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

not much! it hasn’t got a pool but it’s right on the beach so no problem there! hot tube on the top floor sun terrace and a good spot for a drink from the bar!

Location is good, almost the highest point in Benidorm. Very clean. Rooms a good size, but furniture is very basic.

The restaurant and bar share the same seating area. We tried to purchase a drink at 8.30pm at the bar and were told very firmly that as we had not reserved a table to dine, we could not come in! We went to reception and complained and the gent on reception confirmed that when busy, no dinner reservation, no access to the bar. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel! We went to a bar nearby - very pleasant and no restrictions! Car parking - there is none. The nearest car park is half a kilometre away (22 euros for overnight parking) and the walk to the hotel is uphill all the way!

Location and rooftop view are pretty much the only positives to this experience to be honest.

No parking. Period. This establishment lied on their website/booking page/social media about offering parking. They do not. They simply “recommend” places (unaffiliated) nearby and hope for the best. Rooms are TINY! I’m not a big guy, and I still felt absolutely cramped in these rooms. Chemical cleaning smell super pungent in entire building. Wifi didn’t work, guy at reception had to log us in to the staff wifi as a quick-fix. This entire town is basically a British tourist-trap nightmare! Avoid if you want a relaxing stay on a Spanish coastal environment. Its only Brits and English “food” for miles. Horrendous. Will never return!

Best location if you want to be closer to more typical Spanish bars and restaurants, away from the crowds in the British corner. Had issues with cleaning staff (only that they were very noisy). But had a wonderful response from Christian, at reception. Superb customer care that made up for any inconvenience. Thanks.

Loved the location Only niggle we had was no traffic can reach this hotel so you can't get dropped off with your luggage...you have to walk a fair way.apart from that the staff could not have done more for us.

My room was a bit small and long...felt a bit like a tunnel...however the sea view made up for this!!

we stayed here and at Villa Venecia and preferred this hotel. very clean and Christian and the other staff were all so welcoming and helpful.

The restaurant food was amazing .The smelly of the public areas is so refreshing.

The breakfast offering was average at best previously the buffet was the stand out feature of this hotel.The roof terracotta had a kitchen extract fan and therefore cooking smelly ruïnes the experience plus the rooftog var was never open.Lacked 4 star facilities.
