Characterful hotel with nicely appointed and spacious bedrooms well maintained and very clean. Staff were very helpful, interested and attentive towards customers- a happy team making sure guests had a great stay.

Average, not worth the money plus the service was slow and lazy. I have stayed in various Premier inns where both the food and service was better.

Service was slow, food very average. The room was clean and tidy, although temperature control was lacking as it was too warm in the room but quite varied throughout the hotel.

Great location for Sheffield Arena and absolutely amazing breakfast! Staff were so polite too! Bed was super comfy and TV had plenty of options

Unfortunately my shower kept moving when using it; almost as if it had been bent over time so everytime I tried to adjust, it just moved (completely missing my head)! There was also a loud gurgling like noise coming from the bathroom area during the night so if you’re a light sleeper like me, be aware of that.

Price of room £175 for the night, not worth half that . Items in bathroom broken, furnishings stained and tops of bedframe and wardrobes dusty Room thermostat useless bathroom cold and towels wet the morning after as couldn’t dry them from evening before Room On second floor very noisy and heard every smokers, vapers leavers conversation, old windows with no investment in soundproofing. Road noise terrible I may aswell have had a sleeping bag on parksquare roundabout itself Complained at 01.50. If we had not had a drink we would have checked out and driven home Very very very dissapointed

Comfortable bed but too hot in the room

Main issue was that there was a party with very loud music being played until 1am. No prior warning of this! This is unacceptable for a hotel. Couldn’t sleep until music finished

Very noisy at night as the fire door outside my room was sticking and therefore very difficult for people to open it quietly. Walls quite thin - the woman in the room next to me had a terrible cough which kept me awake. We were travelling in a family group, attending a funeral and were charged twice for three of the rooms by mistake - it meant me having to return to the hotel after the wake to sort this out. The staff members were very helpful in getting this sorted. Unfortunately two weeks later we were issued a £100 parking fine for the 30 minutes we were parked outside the hotel sorting out the overcharge! After contacting the hotel again, they also managed to sort that for me.

Placed very centrally for the City .

What a lovely stay. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the super friendly reception staff. The room was clean and had the comfiest bed ever. The bar and restaurant staff could not be more helpful. Excellent choice and quality of food at breakfast. I would absolutely come here again.

As always, staff were great throughout. Room was very good (but see below). Breakfast was excellent, as was the meal we had in the bar.

We've mentioned this before but although room 124 is an 'accessible room' the toilet is anything but accessible. It's squeezed into a space that is very awkward for a disabled person.

1.The staff was extremely helpful, allowing me to choose the room because I was participating to a wedding 2. Very modern room 3. Very rich breakfast: salty and sweet options - many type of pastry (including options for gluten-free), fruits, milk, cheese, tea etc.

Despite the openness of the staff to help, the room was noisy for me. There was nothing much to be done other than use earplugs. The hotel is surrounded by noisy streets (and from what I noticed from my walk in the town...most of the hotels were placed at the intersections of main roads). Somehow the traffic in the town is much louder than where I live (I don't know if the cars use different tires...or the roads are different...). The tea in the room was black, no other selection possible.

The reception and breakfast staff seem a little uninformed in some area’s which was a shame.
