Perfect place to stay with my families, nice people and swimming pool.

A bit far from the old town and limited access to the taxi but generally nice

The accomodation was clean and good. The on-site Italian restaurant was excellent. The wine bar had some of my all time favourite wines from Burgundy - expensive, but worth it.

Very quiet hotel with little facilities. Pool is currently renovated but we could use the pool of the hotel next door.

We had to order breakfast in advance. Limited choice of food.

Large, comfortable rooms. Huge bathrooms and comfortable beds. Lovely grounds, and being away from the city provides a nice vibe. Good selection of options for breakfast (cold and hot disches)

Staff is very well meaning and helpful, but had difficulty communicating in English on some occasions

The fact that the staff didnt speak english and there wasnt a constant flow of hot water . There could also be a greater breakfast variety.

Delightful. The hotel suited us perfectly: a secluded place with a beautiful park area, with amazing gourmet food in an Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner, a separate cafe, nice smiling staff ready to help at any time. 100-150 baht on Grab taxi, and you are already in the city center. Gorgeous clean well-maintained rooms, snow-white linens. Breakfasts: look at this volume. We were also delighted with another bonus: the new gym. Thank you all!

Rooms were great.Very luxury . Bathroom was clean and all the amenities one needs in there.

The swimming pool was close. Staff was okay, but not great like how one finds in Thailand. Receptionist need to be more welcoming, that she isn't at all.

- unprofessional staffs that didn't clarify about breakfast surcharge 350THB for children even we booked for 2 adults and 1 child at beginning in booking.com. we understood that what we paid was inclusive all. - water supply is unstable and suddenly stopped for a while (10 mins).

great location if you want to relax and unwind a bit from the busy city. Just 15 minute drive to the center and within 15 minutes driving you are hiking in the jungle. friendly staff and clean rooms. Place has a lot of potential.

rooms could use a little remodeling but as they are upgrading all around it I can imagine this might happen soon.

The location is great, with a big beautiful garden and a lot of places where you can read or work. The rooms are big and very nice with a lot of extras includee: complimentary water and juice. The breakfast was good and also you have included in the price also two drinks per day at the coffee store near where the coffee is great.

For breakfast, they serve popular dishes from local restaurants, which you can pick from. Plus the Italian restaurant (sipolle) is a must try : crab gratin is d best

No on-site bar for drinks throughout the day or night, no snacks available. Breakfast was preordered the night before and delivered to the property the next day.

Too far to walk into town and at times difficult to get a taxi. I didn’t manage to get a glass of wine the whole week I stayed there. The bar was just for decorational purposes (no staff or drinks) and the wine shop wasn’t open. There was an Italian restaurant on the premises but it was freezing so we didn’t go there. The pool was being refurbished but they let us use another (but not as nice) pool.
