I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. They were always available to answer any questions and made sure that my stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one. Especially Zeina from the reception she was the best . One of the biggest draws of the hotel was the aqua park. I had so much fun exploring the various pools and slides, and there was something for everyone , it was great experience. The food at the resort was also a standout. The restaurants offered a wide variety of cuisines. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The location, staff, aqua park, and food were all top-notch, and I can't wait to return for another visit

While my stay was certainly enjoyable, there were a few areas that I felt could have been enhanced: -providing golf cars for guests to take them from/to the beach as there’s elderly guests who find it hard too walk regarding that there’s large space between rooms and the beach -I’d be happier if The animation team cared more about arabian guests as I noticed the most of the attention were focused on foreigner tourists , but the animation shows were great , everyday there was something new and variety of activities. - the food at the main restaurant was great but we reserved Gamila restaurant and we didn’t quite like the food taste so we think the italian or asian restaurant would be a better option if you’re choosing restaurant other than the main one Although I had a great time overall, appreciated everything and definitely I’d love to comeback again me and my family

The food was great quality and variety, staff friendly and the hotel not too big. The local alcoholic drinks included were very good. The beach is nice and the pools great. Very child-friendly and also accessible.

It needs a bit more trees. The animation team was sometimes too pushy.

The hotel is magnificent. Everything is in line as advertised. Clean & green territory. Helpful and mega friendly stuff. Delicious food, the variety is astonishing. Amazing entertainment team. Clean and sandy beach. Fully equipped gym. That is a real place to stay for a retreat, alone or in family. Especially, the room cleaning personnel is wonderful. I had a chance to have Emad as a cleaning guy. He was very friendly, helpful and always ready for any assistance. Room was always clean, arranged & comfort for staying in.

However, my staying was a bit stressed by being overcharged by the hotel reception, without any clear explanation. The reception made a mistake and charged me twice for staying, without talking to me, they tried to correct the mistake and made a refund. Fortunately, I am always checking my online banking, and could see the transactions. Even though the refund was made, the money charged, as told, “by mistake” were not fully refund. The discrepancy is about 165 euros. The reception was not helpful, as for them the deal was closed as the refund is done (no matter the refund was lower). Rashad, presented to me as a Transaction Manager, listened carefully but was not helpful neither. The only one explanation he was able to suppose was that the finally received refund was lower due to my bank commission (even though I consider it to be high as a bank commission). My point was that I would not have been charged by "this commission" if the reception had not done the mistake. The promise to find out the solution was never kept. Nobody came back to me. No apologies. Nothing. Booking.com was not assisting at all, as for them the fact to have a refund closes the case. Such a shame! My strong recommendation to the guests of the hotel is to consider twice before submitting bank card details to the hotel as the reception could do “mistakes”. And while staying and after – to check the bank online for miscellaneous & suspicious transactions connected with hotel. Besides that, as mentioned above, the hotel is a very nice place to stay in.

The staff was always on hand to offer suggestions and help with any queries, making my stay all the more enjoyable. It was excellent vacation.everytging was perfect.

I really liked the stay so much, starting from the warm welcoming by the entrance and handling our check-in quickly and softly by Mohamed at the reception. We started our stay by the snaks at Gamela restaurant and it was absolutely enjoyable especially with the smiling face of Remon. On the second day we met Mr. Khalid the guest experience manager by the lobby and he was extremely helpful and professional he arranged for us the anniversary room setup and the anniversary cake in the Mongolian restaurant, it was unforgettable dinner where we got hosted in the same restaurant by Mahmoud Yousef and Mr. Mohamed they arranged a nice table for us and made us really feel exceptional 😀 The follow up of the stay by Mr. Rashad the FO assistant manager was really appreciated and considered as a high level of professionalism.

Only the communication between the Front Office and the Housekeeping needs some improvement, I'm saying this due the background I have as FO supervisor in one of the most iconic 5* hotels in the world. Also something not related to my stay but, I noticed that some of the staff are attending the breakfast, lunch and dinner operations and that looks so tiring to finish the dinner by 10 PM and when we go to the breakfast 730 AM some crew are there.
