The staff were friendly on arrival, had an issue with a blocked bath but was quickly attended to and fixed .. location is great overlooking the Broadwater would highly recommend

Location was right on the Broadwater, clean property with friendly staff.

Pool was unavailable due to an accident that had occurred before we arrived.

Pool not available and difficult parking position (unable to access rear doors for loading and unloading the car.

Location was perfect & waking to the sound of the ocean each morning was bliss. Our two bedroom apartment was clean & had everything we needed to be self contained.

The pool was empty due to an accident that shattered glass into it. Whilst we accept these things happen I feel that we should have been notified of this prior to our stay given we only booked the same week of our stay and we were advised at check in that the accident occurred the week before. This meant that our children could not swim and was one of the deciding factors in our choice of accommodation when booking.

Close to beach side ,cafes and restraunt

Pool area was fantastic, apartment and balcony view were lovely and the staff were really nice. it was also really quiet at night, unlike Surfers Paradise.

Location - not walking distance to shops, food or alcohol.

1) I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. I stayed in room nuo309.They promised free unlimited Wi-Fi. But there was no Wi-Fi at all initially. Even though instructions were provided to activate, it didn’t work. I called the Help desk number given for the Wi-Fi troubleshooting. The guy tried for almost one hour finally could get the Wi-Fi on my mobile. But still the TV couldn’t be connected to Internet. The help desk guy tried for another 30 mins and finally gave up. The very next day again the Internet vanished . I immediately sent a mail to the hotel email id. Didn’t get any reply till I checked out. Luckily had sufficient data in my mobile, so was able to stay connected. So friends who plan to stay here , come don’t get carried away with unlimited Wi-Fi. Have sufficient mobile data . 2) I stayed with my family comprising of my wife and two kids. The bathroom /toilet couldn’t be locked from inside. Even though the door had an inbuilt lock, but it was not working. So whenever we wanted to use the toilet, we had to take out our singing skills so that nobody entered it accidentally while we were using the toilet. It was so embarrassing.
