We loved our stay! The food was delicious breakfast and dinner and everything changing. The staff were friendly & helpful. Everything was always spotless. Thank you to the hardworking team.

On our last night and morning the food choices diminished a lot. We didn’t really understand the change mid stay.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional (in particular Malek & Rached from the pool bar, Houcem in the Restaurant) - nothing was too much trouble & they made us feel at home! As a hotelier myself, I have high expectations & I was very happy with our stay. Large range of options for food for all meals (breakfast / lunch / dinner), added extras such as Pancakes at the pool bar mid-afternoon. Pool service was an added bonus but I feel like we were lucky with this as the hotel was at the start of the peak season. Hotel also has a private beach. Spa in the hotel was fabulous & reasonably priced.

Confusion over our booking. All inclusive no longer includes alcohol so worth clarifying your package with the hotel in advance. However this was soon resolved in a pleasant way.

I entered the hotel only to use their cash machine as ours next door wasn’t working. We had one more day/night in Tunisia and after seeing the hotel and experiencing their hospitality it was a must that we booked our last day here. The staff were so accommodating when we asked to see their room as we stunned with the decor and energy of the hotel. Ali & Rayet on reception were AMAZING! Thank you for taking care of us during our short stay!

I honestly couldn’t fault our stay but I would say a wider breakfast selection would be great!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, speaking many languages. Rooms are spacious with a large washroom (with bathtub), lots of storage and everything is very clean. There's a good selection of fresh food at meal time, including fresh juices and lots of healthy options. The grounds are well maintained and the property offers many interesting places to walk through or lounge. Close to the city centre, several activities are offered at a reasonable additional price. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing, stress-free vacation.

Unfortunately, the covered swimming pool closes early and is a bit small relative to the size of the hotel. In the cooler months, this plays an important part of the experience.

The location is good

We found a cacroach in the shower and the sink was broken until the maintenance came to the room to fix it . We booked a room with a queen bed and we found it 2 twin beds .we called the reception they said ,we will fix it don t worry . They did nothing they just put beds close to each other snd one bed was higher then the other and it was unconfortable for a couple we called them to change the room or the the bed they did nothing, as 5 stars hotel and it was quiet expensive regarding to other 5 stars hotels in the same area. We were very disappointed about this hotel we expected more.

This is a beautiful Hotel and deserves its 5 star rating. The food was of a high standard for all inclusive with a tremendous choice., but the staff are the best thing about the Hotel, all charming and very helpful. I highly recommend

There was a Pirate ship tour offered at the hotel which was a complete rip off and at least 10 couples demanded (and got) their money back. DO NOT BOOK this trip but use the Pirate ship in Kantoui

Very welcoming, kind and helpful staff. They even helped me to get petrol for my car (which I needed to go to work) because there was no petrol available in Tunisia for a few days. Without their help I would be lost! The food was amazing and even though I don't eat meat or animal products I always found many different delicious options available. The entertainment was also terrific and the team was always in a good uplifting mood.

There was only one lift to go to the room, so if something needs urgent renovation it's the lift. The food was amazing, excellent quality and tasty but I missed more options regarding milky products. For example, plant-based milks are a great alternative to cow's milk. There are many kinds: Oat milk, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, etc. They are tasty, environmentally friendly and respectful towards animals. And specially during this shortages when cow's milk is not available in Tunisia, one great alternative would be to add plant based milks to the menu. Other than that, everything was fantastic and I definitely recommend Bellevue Park without hesitation!

Staff are welcoming and helpful

The check in took forever, the room smells stinky and the AC is very old and not functioning well. The food buffet should have more variety and the AC at the restaurant is not working well as well.

The service is really good. A big shout out to the entertainment team.

The bathroom sanitary is so old and out of touch with what a 5 stars hotel room should look like. I booked a king size bed room with sea view, only to get a two bed/two matresses room with a view on the nearby neighborhood. After talking to the hotel they would change our room to a better one with a pool and sear view, however the bed and matress issue would not be resolved, and after 3 more complaints they came in and they covered both matresses with a single sheet to make it look like a single bed!!!! I do not see the point of picking a specific room on booking.com only for the hotel to give me a total different room!!! Finally the pool, of course you've got people reserving the best spots from as early as 4am!!!!! Plenty of empty spots with just a towel thrown in there to occupy the available sun loungers. No control and no security from the hotel staff over such behavior from the visitors

The location is awesome in front of the beach. Delicious food and great service.

All the staff at Bellevue are so welcoming, the reception staff are happy and friendly,the porters are lovely guys. The waiters are amazing and work very hard,also the cleaning team do an incredible job making sure the hotel is gleaming clean everyday..they all deserve their tips. The restaurant is immaculate and offers a excellent variety of food which is always fresh, again everyone works so hard to ensure you have all you need. The rooms are spotless, so clean and very comfortable.

I dont have anything negative to say, everything at Bellevue is fabulous.
