The staff is very freindly and helpful. The guest house is located by the river just right to the Suphan Kanlaya bridge linking the spectaculus West Chan temple and the East Chan temple. You can enjoy the 3 km street market on every Sat.

This is a 4-room guest house, fit for travellers. I was searching for 3-bed room for me and parents. This does not quite right for the elders due to the stairs, and the noise from motor could be heaed. This is typical for the guest house next to local street. Nothing wrong, it is on my fault for the selection not proper for my parents.

Everything was all right. The owner of gasthouse was very kind.

Probably the best stay in Thailand! The owner even though he didnt speak english was super helpful, really someone who enjoys receiving people well and make the most of your stay. The breakfast was amazing, we got to try different fruits, not only the most common ones, and was varied with local products. Property is exactly like the pictures, spacious, comfy and super clean.

Nothing. Location is was away from the train station but this was expected, had to travel by taxi/tuk tuk.

We really liked the kindness of the only staff present during our stay. He was very helpful, telling us what to see and when to go to the night market. Really welcoming, well done. He was also in charge of the breakfasts, which were also superb and very good. Nothing to say on this side, everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is very good near the Nan River. We had rented a car for the occasion and were able to get around easily. We also really appreciated that the staff had reserved a parking space for us. Very convenient.

Unlike many travellers who stayed in this hotel for 1 night, we stayed for 6 nights. On the booking.com advert, it said daily cleaning, but never once was the cleaning done! It's the last straw for this price. We had to ask for towels, toilet paper and the sheets were never changed. Once would have been nice! In Thailand, as we have been living there for 12 years, all the bathrooms are equipped with toilets with small showers to clean yourself (your bottom). But here there were none. Furthermore, the guest house was advertised as soundproof. Although we were staying at the back of the building, we could hear everything that was going on in the neighbouring building. The same goes for the rooms above us, which were occupied for one night. Not really soundproof! The stay would have been perfect if the negative elements mentioned could have been avoided. I don't think we will return to this establishment because of this. It's a pity, because the staff was very nice and helpful. It's a shame!
