The property was of the highest quality with no expense spared. Great décor and facilities , fantastic pool, various outdoor seating areas and of course the amazing views. The owners of the Property Ivan and Lucy were also very welcoming hosts . The location was also in a prime position, within a few hundred metres from the gated walls.

There is nothing not to like to be honest as it really is a gem

The villa is beautiful and perfectly located. It is a truly stunning villa in every sense. We rented several villas in Dubrovnik for a group event and Beba was by far the most luxurious and stunning. The furniture, the decor, the views, the pool and you can walk to town in minutes. The internet is great which was important for us as we were also working from villa.

The owners at villa Beba were a bit uptight. We are respectful and considerate guests but they were very restrictive in how many people could be at the villa at any given moment. For example they wouldn't allow us to have a breakfast that served more than 10 people. We wanted to have 16 people. They wouldn't allow us to have a yoga class on the patio. They were also very concerned during our stay when they couldn't find two kitchen bowls. We were using the kitchen bowls and they were properly returned but it felt like they were being overly cautious and watching every move which isn't enjoyable.

There were more then enough ammenities provided inside the property. Location is absolutely brilliant.

No parking. This especially affected the drop off and pick up of the luggage.
