Two of my adult children, one dog, and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great experience. None of us had ever stayed in a Vrbo or any other type of place besides hotels, and on this trip we stayed in two, one in New Jersey and this one. The other one was nice enough but this one was in so much better condition. It was very comfortable, no loud neighbors. Our dog may have made the most we heard. The parking was tight but we had no problems with it and they have an extra space right next to the first one if you need it. This location was close enough to the places we wanted to explore and to my sisters home. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I just want to emphasize how comfortable we felt there, and it was not expensive. It honestly was like being in our own home. If I was coming out this way again and needed a place for more than just me I would pick this same place.

The property fit our needs perfectly. Well equipped, comfortable and convenient to the Washington Mall, and Old Town Arlington.

Wonderful location, very comfortable, and lots of amenities. Easy access to all the sights in the VA and DC! Old Town was sweet and DC was amazing. We were able to shop nearby, cook easily, and park our car. Plenty of room to spread out after long days on our feet-so cozy! The neighborhood was so walkable and connected to many activities. Our son brought his scooter and enjoyed the local skatepark!!

The overall experience was not good. The outside patio in the back was overgrown with weeds, and mildew on all the concrete, it had rained and it was very slippery. Couldn’t sit out there because of mildew on the patio furniture. The microwave didn’t work properly, the dishwasher we were afraid to use because the note left warned of the door not shutting properly, so we hand washed all the dishes. Then the owner refused to return our damage deposit saying we trashed it. We paid for a pet fee, he said there was hair everywhere. I have well groomed and well behaved pets they did not destroy anything. We followed instructions on how to leave the property, took sheets off and put in hamper. That was all the note said to do. You pay for cleaning fee and extra damage insurance. I was on vacation and didn’t feel like I needed to clean everything. Very disappointed. I’ve used Vrbo many times in the past but was disappointed in this adventure.

We travelled with extended family and this property provided us the room we needed. Our favorite part was the abundance of kitchen material. We cooked every day and had plenty of pots, pans, bowls, plates and any other item that we needed. It made our stay feel like home.

Nice place,clean, quiet! We were with family for a trip to National Mall area. Easy drive to the National Mall area, easy access to Metro stations also. Will stay again next time we are back.

We had a spectacular visit! The home was excellent, clean and comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. It was convenient for our wedding events as well as the DC tours we took. There was nothing negative to report…I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Good communication, very nice place to stay

This townhouse has lots of room and is in a desirable location. The owners are very responsive! Three girlfriends had a great time here. We used Ubers to visit DC, Georgetown, and Old Town Alexandria. The owners provided pristine towels, bedding and essential amenities such as tissues, paper towels and toilet paper. The laundry room is also fully stocked, The backyard is cozy especially after our arborist weeded it. As other reviewers mentioned, the artwork features phallic symbols that some may find inappropriate. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our time here! The house was great for our coming and going from DC. It was close enough to downtown but also far enough (15m) away to get out of the chaos. The house was clean, beds comfy, and plenty of space. The original artwork does feature some male nudity- my kids thought it was funny- but not a big deal to us, just something to be aware of for kids of a certain age. We would definitely stay here again. The little touches- dish brush, dish soap, linens made the stay so much easier. Thanks! Such a great experience for us and a great find:)

We were very pleased with everything at this property. There was plenty of space for all of us. The basement gave us an area to unwind after a long day of checking out DC. This location gives you proximity to DC without DC rental prices.

The beds were very comfortable. This home was a great place to relax after a busy day of sight seeing. The home had everything we needed.

I will be staying here again! I visit there 3-5 times a year.

Property owner was good to work with and the townhouse was perfect for us. Do not recommend this property for children due to adult themed artwork on display.

First of all, the exterior of the property was clean and well maintained. And, although we didn’t use the back patio area, it appeared to be well kept and tidy. Second, the home itself was lovely. It had a room for all needs: a formal dining area as well as a breakfast nook, a living room for conversation (no tv in there and we were very OK with that!). A TV was located in the spacious bonus room downstairs. A well supplied laundry room was also downstairs. And it was nice that all the bedrooms were situated upstairs, with the primary one having a TV. All bedrooms seem to have ample storage/closet space and plenty of linen/towels. The kitchen was well stocked w/plates, silverware, and cooking pots/pans/utensils. The pantries had all the cleaning supplies needed. In short, the home is lovely, neat, and very clean. We felt quite comfortable staying there. The property is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Access to major highways was easy. Best of all was the quick response time from the Hosts. They were so good about answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We have every intention of staying here again next year.

This townhome was the perfect home base for my family's visit to Arlington and D.C. It includes one guaranteed parking space which is can be hard to find in the D.C. area. It also has a private patio. Beds are comfortable and location is convenient to I-395.

Thank you, Edward and Eric, for sharing your place with us for our stay in DC. As others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was clean, well furnished, and well stocked in every respect. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The furniture was comfortable, and the TV room was a great place to relax. We very much enjoyed the back patio as well for morning coffee and for a place to unwind in the evening (we had excellent weather). The location is a very quiet neighborhood, and it was situated perfectly for touring DC and surrounding Civil War battlefields. Despite Metro being down in our area, we were able to connect from a local bus. And Edward always quickly answered any questions we had before and during the trip. We highly recommend this property.

The host is awesome. The neighborhood is clean and safe. 15 minute Uber to almost all attractions. We loved it 😍

It was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. It was stocked with items that I thought that we would have to buy (like paper towels, dish soap, exedra). Edward and Eric were very accommodating and responded quickly to our emails on the app. Their house is beautiful. We hope to rent it again sometime in the future. You want be disappointed if you stay there.

Planning this trip for a while. COVID delayed us. Great location and plenty of space for my husband and our four teenage girls. Two of the girls utilized the bottom floor to sleep so all kids had their own bed. Thank you Edward and Eric

This property is perfect for family vacations. Location is near everything you could want to do. We had such a great time. The patio area is charming with fireflies and beautiful birds. The rooms are nice as well as kitchen and living room. The down stairs movie room was very cozy. The pictures online were near exact. Totally met and exceeded our expectations. We may not be back East for awhile but when we do we hope this property is available to us. A plus is the owners are easy to communicate with and are always available with a quick response with any questions or concerns. We felt very welcomed into this house.
