It was very nice. Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

The extra charge that was not included in the price. Booking.com didn't inform that there was an extra charge at the hotel when they charged our cc. I understand telhe extra but it would've been nice to know so it would've been such a shock.

The hotel was terrific in every way-spotless, comfortable, friendly staff, beautifully decorated, great coffee and breakfast. It couldn’t have been nicer!!

Carpets were dirty, there was a hair on my sheets. Didn’t feel as clean as other spring hill suites I’ve stayed in.

It was nice that there was a little store at the front desk. Staff was friendly.

Wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Pool needed cleaning. Lobby needed cleaning. No one emptied our trash or checked on the status of our room in between the two nights we stayed.

One bed was covered with a mattress pad and had at some time been urinated on and not replaced. Whole mattress on left side was yellowed. There was a huge stain in front of the sofa and the shower had green mold on the door bottom. The air would not stay on fan and only worked at 68 degrees. For over $200.00 it was the most expensive and least satisfactory of our trip.

Bed was comfortable.

Very unpleasant stay for us. We were placed in a room right above the outdoor patio area and there was a group of 7-8 people who stayed out there until after midnight, talking and laughing loudly. We could hear every word. We asked the desk person twice if they could ask the people to quiet down, but that did not happen until after midnight. As a result of the noise, we were unable to get much sleep that night and were very tired for our long drive the next day. Also, there was a big gap at the bottom of the door to our room and the light from the hallway was totally visible underneath the door. We had to put a towel a long the bottom of the door the get our room dark enough to sleep. We suggested to management that they put a sign on the outdoor patio advising people using it that they need to observe a quiet time after 10 p.m.

It was clean and new. The rooms were spacious. The pool was fun and there was a great breakfast.

Everything was great.
