Breakfast was ok not up to your usual standards. Location was good

Got in at 9pm and had to wait on our room to be cleaned. When they said it was ready turned around and said we needed to wait 30 more minutes due to the bed not being made. Short staffed was the reason.

I take medication every night that I have to mix with water. There were no cups in the room. I called the front when I got in because it was very late. The receptionist said rudely, "You can come GET cups." I hung up and decided I could improvise something, but I couldn't, so I called again. The second time, once I explained that I was in bed and undressed already, he said, “You CAN’T come down?” I indeed couldn’t. I booked four rooms for our work trip and specifically chose Hampton because of past good experiences around the US. As a producer with a film crew my reputation is on the line. But this staff person couldn’t even bring a cup to my room without judgement. He ended up bringing me cups though.

at night when we were sleeping we have bugs crawling all over us I took pictures of them I thought it was something else I was just too sleepy to get up to figure out what it was until the next morning and saw them Crawley

good breakfast and good location

the sofa bed had a styrofoam-feeling blanket that wasn’t usable and was directly in front of the AC unit. terrible set up. the front desk worker didn’t give a crap that our assigned room was propped open when we got to our room and someone had been smoking in the bathroom. the smell was awful. he claimed they were fully booked but I could see there were rooms available on your site. he only offer some bathroom spray to fix the problem.
