The door wouldn't lock and the bathroom tub was dirty it was roaches in there

location is within 10mins from everything, a lot of stores and restaurants. The staff was short and pleasant.

cleanliness of the rooms- 1. the bathtub was peeling it looked to be painted over. 2. the privacy curtains were vile dust so thick and they had holes. 3. the room also had a very old musty smell. we had a conjoining room attached and the smoke from the other room took over ours every time they smoked. being asthmatic that was a problem. We made the best of it we travel with our own sheets and blankets due to allergies. we only occupied the room at night to sleep.

Beds/pillow felt amazing and made for a great night's sleep. Small but decent free breakfast of Waffles, cereal, muffins, small powdered donuts, white bread to make toast & different jelly's provided, yogurt, and of course coffee & juice's. Many hotels in the area (nicer ones at that) still do not offer free breakfast since Covid but fail to update their site to reflect that, so big bonus with me on stay.

it's gray that they are renovating/!fixing up the rooms.I was first placed on a room with Extremely burnt window curtains, light fixture or something like it always hanging fr the ceiling, stine like counter that was supposed to be on front side of sink area was completely off and laying against the wall, water was dripping from faucet in the tub so bad it was a complete puddle, and finally there was no TV remote in which you have to have her in order to watch it. I went to get a remote and was told he would send maintenance with one to my room, over an hour later still no remote. Went back to the office (3tf time) and it was a different workers working. When I informed h of the wait for a tv a remote and room number, he informed me that the particular room did not have one. When I came to the office the 1st time regarding the rooms conditions (as I paid for a clean, working room) I should have been moved instead of being told they are working on renovating the rooms. Why would you put a customer in a room that's half taken apart/ half worked on. Thankfully the second employee I delt with was quick to get me moved and my dreadful stay turned around thanks to him.
