Family Home, walk to Downtown Overland Park!
La nostra casa è a due piani con una camera da letto e un bagno al piano principale e tre camere da letto e due bagni al secondo livello. La cucina ha ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare o semplicemente fare una tazza di caffè. C'è una sala da pranzo con un grande tavolo da pranzo e una vista sulla piccola foresta di noci nere nel cortile. C'è una sezione recintata del cortile che ha un piccolo garage. Il cortile è piuttosto grande e si estende oltre l'area recintata in una sezione boscosa e un campo oltre. È quasi un acro. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto. Ci sono giochi e giocattoli nel buffet sotto la tv. Il secondo livello ha una camera familiare con giochi e tv. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, un bagno principale con una grande doccia. C'è anche un piccolo balcone vicino alla camera da letto principale. Il secondo bagno al piano superiore ha una vasca e doccia. Le lenzuola sono tutte in cotone al 100% e molto confortevoli. È raggiungibile a piedi (5 isolati) dai negozi, dai ristoranti e dalle gallerie del centro di Overland Park. C'è anche un cinema, una caffetteria e un centro ricreativo nel centro di Overland Park. C'è un mercato degli agricoltori ogni mercoledì e sabato mattina durante l'estate. Comodo accesso a I-35.

Group went to meet friend who lives in KC to see Cubs play. Place is clean and nice location to Overland Park downtown. Highly recommend.
Please note streets are dark so be careful if arriving at night as there are a set of some strange street curb that goes into the road that I guess are there to slow traffic, but are very hard to see near house.

Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. The host, Ann, was excellent and prompt with the minimal communication that was necessary. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The check out “chores” were among the fewest we’ve ever been asked for at previous VRBO stays. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

This property was great! We went to KC for the NASCAR race and a couple baseball games. The location was easy to get to and had everything we needed! We will stay there again if we ever get back to the area.

We had a great weekend at this very comfortable property. Everything was just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Every guest reported that their bed was comfortable. We weren't here long enough to cook in the kitchen but it appeared to be stocked well. The walk to downtown Overland Park was an enjoyable perk. Ann was very communicative and quick to check on us. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. We were in town for a birthday celebration and did quite a bit of cooking in preparation. We were very pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable.

Would definitely recommend this house! The host was great and was in communication to make sure everything was going well and we didn’t need anything. She even reached out to check on us with severe weather in the area. The house had plenty of room for all 6 of us and had a nice backyard to play in. It was also a perfect location for everywhere we went in the area.

This was a very comfortable house for our group 5, in town for a family wedding. 5 minutes to (original) Downtown
Overland Park. 10 minutes to the wedding venue in Mission, KS.
Very clean. Snacks and coffee provided and much appreciated. Great bedding and plenty of towels.
Only slight surprise was that the Master Suite and 2 bedrooms were upstairs; only 1 bedroom (functioned almost as a second Master Suite) on main level. Not a problem at all for our group!

Grandpa, two college age grandkids and siblings from Idaho and Mississippi all met here and the space was perfect for reconnecting. The kitchen was well stocked, with a few snacks and coffee was provided in the freezer. Bring your own shampoo but bath bar was provided.

This house suited our needs perfectly. Our family was in town for a wedding and we were able to spread out with individual bedrooms and baths. We had a nice kitchen, fully stocked, so that we could eat breakfast every morning. Great location- very convenient. Would absolutely recommend!

This house worked perfectly for our stay, plenty of room, clean, spacious and within walking distance to downtown Overland Park. The neighborhood was very quite, something we don’t quite get at our home! Overall a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a VRBO in Overland Park. The owner is really nice and easy to work with which was so helpful since this was my first time using a VRBO.

My sisters and I enjoyed staying at this house during our annual sister getaway. The house is very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. The kitchen is nice and well stocked with whatever you need to cook. The home is close to shopping and eating places. We also drove to downtown KC where we enjoyed Union Station and Jack Stack's BBQ. It's a nice home in a great location! The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Just returned from an amazing trip to Overland Park/ KC with my sisters. This lovely, comfortable, well equipped home was the perfect location for everything we wanted to see-Historic downtown Overland Park, the Country Club Plaza, Crown Center, the Nelson- Atkins Museum of Art and our childhood neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the mornings to the nearby park and shops and loved the restaurants in the evenings. The gracious owner was always prompt in answering our questions and very easy to reach. Very clean property; good communication from host on checkin and checkout. Liked the layout with one bedroom on ground floor and three upstairs. Walk-in showers on ground floor and 2nd floor master. Great for families where some members have accessibility issues. Close to Strang Hall and other downtown Overland Park attractions. Easy access to both central KC and outlying Johnson County suburbs. Highly recommend this property for a family stay.

We have a new grandson who lives in Shawnee with his parents (our oldest son and DIL), which is the perfect occasion for a family reunion. My mom flew in from TX; our youngest son and girlfriend flew in from NC; my husband's parents drove in from southern KS. Since we live in Topeka it made sense to be closer to the baby. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and very lovely! Ann was great at communicating check-in/check out procedures, WiFi passwords, etc. We even had a little time to visit Old Overland Park and eat at Strang Hall. Overall, totally recommend. (And yes, there is one cabinet that has an amazing tea collection - yay!). ~Jenny~

Getting a hold of the owner was always very easy. We spent a lot of time downstairs. The house has a lot to offer and the owner was kind enough to have snacks as well. The downstairs room and bathroom for my mother was convenient and that is why we booked this house. One of the rooms upstairs is really nice, spacious, and away from the downstairs.

Ann is an excellent host and the property fully met our needs. The little touches, like tea, coffee, and snacks, were appreciated. The communication with the host was effortless and she answered all questions quickly. The kitchen was large and well stock with pots, pans, dishes and utensils which was helpful with our family gathering over the holidays.
