Very worst approach

Staff extremely rude, we had a confirmed booking, but they didn't want to let us check in because, apparently there are "no foreigners" allowed. After long discussions, they finally showed us the room, which was one of the worst rooms I have ever seen: nothing was cleaned at all, dirty sheets, with hairs on them, moldy walls... We left, because we didn't feel save.

The staff at the reception was rude and he charged me 200 rs more because I checked in the night wherein I had already informed him about checkin time

Stinky room that was in complete dilapidated state. Firstly. This place is Super far from the airport. Don’t get duped by the false claim that it is in the vicinity of the airport. It is Not. On arrival at night, I was forced to pay Rs 1000 extra. I didn’t want to get into a tussle then, but I will soon be reporting to the police. How could you ask someone to pay extra money after all the agreement has been made and the initial contracted tariff amount has been made in full. This is blatant cheating. I am single man with no one in front or back so I am not scared and have nothing to lose. But what if this was a female travelling at night. Secondly, it is in a shabby area. More so, for the price. 700 rupees for this piece of trash is a burnout.

Tripple money demanded more than booking done through booking.com

Staff was pretty nice.

They charged extra after I arrived. Double price.

The bed sheets and towels were not clean. Also, the staffs demanded extra money in order to stay. I paid double the amount on what I booked for.The cleanliness of the room was very bad.
