Emma was in contact throughout so we felt well looked after.

It was a very clean house, kids really enjoyed the Netflix in every room. Really recommend it for family gatherings. Thank you

It was a fantastic apartment,in a great location with lots of facilities right on the door step. Very cheap to stay, it was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. There were 7 women staying and everyone of us commented how our stay was excellent! The owner was also great! answered all my messages and let us go into the apartment earlie so a big thank you to him. We went to see Tom Jones so all in all a fantastic weekend!

When I booked this apartment it was purely on the fact that it said it was a Luxury House. When we arrived in the front of the house there was a little gated area and the bins were over flowing and also bags were left out too, which when the front window to the kitchen was opened we kept on getting lots of flies coming in. I mentioned this to the Ben the Host who said he will remove this but it did not get removed in the 7 days that we were there. The kitchen was not very clean and there was still dust on the skirting boards in the kitchen and bathroom which was stuck on. Ben did offer to send in cleaners the next day but because of COVID I did not really want anyone coming in again while we were there. The downstairs toilet broke and Ben managed to get someone in very quickly to fix this. The main fridge after 2 days was not cold enough and we even had it on the highest temperature and our milk went off and the freezer was not even freezing the water bottles. Ben dropped a small fridge of to us the next day. The bedrooms were clean and in fair condition. The kitchen could do with the following: There was only 1 tea towel so could do with extras A mop Tin opener potato peeler

Ben was extremely responsive with the issues with the boiler.

It was clear that the house had not been lived in for a while, it was really cold. This is understandable in the current circumstances tho' and Ben really tried to sort me out and would have moved me to another place if I had hassled him. I was only there for a couple of days and it wasn't worth the effort.
