The location was a 5 minute walk from the Royal Palace, 15 minutes to the Prado, and 1 minute from the Plaza Mayor, so perfect. The room was roomy and comfortable, the staff most helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent and located in a roomy and pleasant environment. The woman running the breakfast buffet was particularly pleasant and efficient.
I hate to criticize anything but this must be said…..
the shower floor was very slippery and dangerous and needs to be addressed.

L’hôtel est superbement situé, à côté de la Plaza Mayor, et très proche de 2 stations de Métro, Opéra et Sol.
La chambre(No 507) donnait sur une cour intérieure, et nous n’entendions aucun bruit de la route.
Le petit-déjeuner était très bien fourni.
La chambre, assez petite, était bien chauffée, mais la salle de bain n’avait aucun chauffage, et était très froide durant les quelques nuits pendant lesquels Madrid avait une vague de froid au début mai.
L’hôtel se veut très écolo. Cependant les chaises de la petite salle bruyante du petit-déjeuner sont toutes en plastic et peu confortables.

מלון ללא לובי, המלון לא מרגיש 4 כוכבים, ציוד מיושן, חסר קצת אבזור בחדר. ארוחת בוקר מאוד בסיסית.

The property was in an excellent location, within walking distance to most attractions. Rooms were clean, staff and service was great! We had breakfast one morning for £11 per person and that was great value for money.
Great property but not sure if it would warrant 4 stars though.

VERY accomodating!!! Stayed there twice. They were able to "store" luggage for a quick trip to Mallorca. THANK YOU. Single young woman traveling alone - I felt very very very safe. They greeted me upon arrival, gave suggestions of resteraunts, etc. very safe.

The location was close to a lot of places to visit and shop. The San Miguel Market was accross the street. The buffet breakfast was good. The bathroom was awesome as it was very big.
The bunk bed on the top didn't have much room and my son easily hit his head with the ceiling. Also, getting in and out of the bunk bed was cumbersome.

Perfect location! Walking distance to the marketplace and the plaza. Quiet room. The concierge/hostess was great! Made last minute reservations for us.

Location is great, personal was in general quite friendly and competent. The hotel had a hipster feel, in an traditional house.
Parking is easier than in many other garages.

Right across plaza mayor square and San Miguel Market and 10 mins walk to the Palace.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.The staff was helpful in getting us a taxi to the train station.The room were spacious and our boys enjoyed their bunk beds

Loved the location, cross the road and you have San Miguel Market and Plaza Mayor with plenty of choice for great places to eat. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the cleaner came each day. Next time back in Madrid would definitely use this hotel again.
