Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für eine Besichtigung von Madrid. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

location, rooms are good and the staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast were very good,

well, we stay twice. First time in a regular room good to stay for sleeping as we pass all day out; second time we got the last room available and it was a room with living at the 5th. floor in a corner. Very nice but hot!! the A/C was not able to make cooler the ambient, the sun hits right to the windows almost all day long. The light at the living is poor so you cant work on the table.

The hotel is an old palace brought up to modern standards, with ample rooms with good lighting and all the amenities to make up fora comfortable stay. The location is perfect, in the center of Madrid, and at close distance to all attractions. Yet, it is located in a quiet and beautiful square.

Personnel compétent mais pourrait être plus souriant et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus garni. Il faut demander pour avoir des œufs au plat ou brouillés, le personnel ne le propose pas directement.

A superb location. Easy to get around Centro from here. We liked the breakfast and the common space for a glass of wine .

We had a comfortable and spacious room (with an excellent bathroom/shower) in a great location. The staff was very helpful in letting us check in early and in providing information about the neighborhood. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and look forward to returning on a future visit. Gracias for a wonderful stay :-)

Beautiful hotel with atmosphere in the center of Madrid, excellent location, close everywhere, excellent breakfast and very nice staff

we got a room that was directly to the elevator (bed headboard directly on the wall to the shaft), it was not possible to sleep all night due to repeated sounds, however at the reception they changed our room in the morning without any problems, they also have a night light installed in the room with a rather high light intensity that cannot be turned off, so we had to cover it with a pillow, otherwise who has a good sleep and does not mind light and noise could be satisfied with the room, but someone with troubled sleep just won't sleep all night. The light should have a switch so it is be possible to turn it off. The location of the room by the elevator shaft was probably bad luck, it is not well soundproofed.

The location is incredible. Walking distance to the main sites. The rooms were modern and everything you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Nice old building with high ceilings
