Breakfast was lovely and location is spot on near tram and bus stop

Bit of a squeeze to get to toilet in room and steep stairs bit everything else was perfect

I thought it was very nice, it was relatively close to everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, a good way to start the day. Staff were very accommodating when it came to my kids and all in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone, so keep up the good work!

The hotel was fabulous, very clean and food was cooked to perfection. We could see the see and promenade from our room. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Had a car park where my car stayed, a must in a town where parking is at a premium. Breakfast was good and plentiful, Room was clean. Only three hundred yards from the seafront and its tram service.

Stairs are a bit steep.

Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, hosts were great, and breakfast was excellent. Street parking outside property and only a short walk into town. Highly Recommended.

Staff very welcoming and friendly - were very helpful when I had lost my phone. Breakfast in the morning is also very good. Wifi is free and to a good standard. Location is very good too, next to the promenade, very easy to access the town.

Fantastic hotel owners so helpful and very clean hotel. We had a lovely stay would recomend this to anyone. My room was a little cold at first and we had a heater sent to the room. This was only due to the hotel being closed and only opened for the soul weekender. Fantastic couple who own it.

Everything it was amazing stay, clean and very welcoming could not of ask for better hosts. The breakfast was lovely and fast service considering the lady was on her own no one was waiting line. Such a clean place

Perfect for an overnight stay in Blackpool

Contacted the hotel ahead of our stay regarding the room as I was stopping with the wife & daughter. Mentioned we was newly weds. On arrival to the hotel we had a lovely warm welcome & the owners had left 2 complimentary bottles of fizz, a welcome message & balloons on bed 🥰🎉 We found we had a fantastic, clean double room with adjoining twin room for the daughter. Tea/coffee facilities with lots of options. Lovely clean bathroom with great hot shower & lots of clean towels. Great location for us as it was close to all attractions (but not all noise & hustle) the sea is at the bottom of the road, tram stop & shops local. We went for a meal at a Chinese restaurant 5 minutes walk in the evening. Breakfast was bang on. Situated in the dining room which is well presented. Full English with all extras on request, cereals, juice etc to help yourself. This is a long review but worthy of it as it we can't complain & felt looked after. If you read this thankyou. Definitely recommend this accommodation for a family visit in the "quiet" end of Blackpool.

Room was a little small, but I was a lone traveller, so sufficient for my needs in every way.
