Бесплатно улучшили категорию номера, что очень понравилось. Менеджер Катерина быстро реагировала на все просьбы (можно было написать по вотсапу) и оперативно отвечала на все вопросы. Персонал реагировал быстро (в течении 5 минут)(опять же спасибо Катерине). Такая оперативность произвела прекрасное впечатление. Хороший и быстрый интернет. Берет на территории всего отеля, включая пляж.

When we first arrived they upgraded our room for free. Hotel personel was very nice and kind (especially Katerina was very helpful). The room was very nice and clean. Air contioner was working fine which is very important in that area.

Sometimes you have to wait a little bit to go to beach with a car. And water slides seema a little bit old.

Amazing staff, very high quality of service. Above the expectations. Moustafa at the reception is remarkable. he treated us kindly and helped us with any questions and requirements we had. He did everything from the bottom of his heart. he gave us a warm welcome, that stayed with us throughout our whole holiday. Also, Nabil treated us kindly and helped us with our stuff. A true angel is Katerina the guest relation manager. I forget a few things at the hotel. she was communicating all along till I got my stuff back.

Everything, the beach was great, bars are great, cars that drives you everywhere you want is fantastic! Katerina on the reception, is just the greatest manager!!

Had a fantastic stay at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort with my family. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, we even received a free upgrade! The room was clean and spacious and the pool area well kept and not over-crowded. The beach is beautiful and the best in Sharm. A special thanks to Katerina for her assistance, we’re definitely coming back!

every thing was just perfect: the big and clean room, the pools, the beach and the restaurants. but most of all was the high standard service. it was superb. we are an old couple, over 85 year old with mobility problem. the hotel has a special transport service that takes you from one location to the other within the hotel area and comes per call. because of our age and condition the hotel management arranged us a crew member by the name mr. Gamal, who took care of all our needs like a family member and was so kind and caring like an angel. we traveled all around the world all of our lives but saw that kind of loving service only at Maitim jolly ville. we recommend this hotel very highly.

This is the best accommodation experience I have ever had, starting from the reception team ending with the animation team. The room was super clean and the furniture is brand new. Animation team gave us the best foam party and the most entertaining kids disco. Food variety was excellent and they had a section for gluten free food, beside variety of fresh juices. The whole staff is very well trained, they are super friendly and heart warming people. Water activities were extremely fun and equipments were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely go again.

Twin beds and king size bed matter. Booking.com is part of the problem though. twin or king should be a mandatory option not just a request that never gets fulfilled.

Top location, nice beach, and the general layout of the resort is really pleasant.

Needs some updating of room decoration, the shower had a pressure reduction device that caused the water to constantly vary its temperature, I had to remove it myself in order to have a decent shower. There is a problem with Booking.com in Egypt regarding the price of the room, during the process of booking they give you a price with the information that taxes may apply: actually TAXES DO APPLY!! If you want to know how you are going to pay, add 28%, because two taxes of 14% and 12% will be added to your bill. This happened to me in both hotels I stayed last week in Egypt, both booked through Booking.

some bits were outdated but when the food quality, beach quality, comfy bed and AMAZING STAFF (everything else) compensate for that, it doesn’t bother me so much. They even brought a birthday cake to my room on my birthday! I also got a platter of Egyptian sweets sent by the F&B Manager. special mention to the wonderful LINA Customer Relations who arranged a free airport transfer for me on departure and was a lovely gesture from hers. I felt really well taken care of! I will definitely be back.

I don’t like the massage people who hassle you to buy multiple massages . I expect to get hassled in the street but not in the complex . should have fixed prices for hotel guests .
