Nice and quiet location, nicely desined building. Food was reasonable and delicious. Kind staffs, although some don't speak English, they are there to help

Definately not recommended for buisness travellers. The table was too high and chair was not comfortable for work purpose. The room was spacious but JUST spacious. The key to the room and for the electricity was inconvenient since it's an old key and whenever you insert the key the electricity is on but once you take the key out, all electricity goes off and you need to close the door in the dark room ... The room rate is much higher for the facilities we receive as international standards. Room walls and shower rooms seem to have been deteriorated.

location is good. breakfast is very good for Indians. very few spread for Foreign travellers like Eggs, Breads, etc. I doubt if they will like it. coffee lovers will enjoy the filter coffee.

no ventilation inside the rooms (windows can’t be opened I was told). water heater wasn’t functional but that’s fine for Chennai summer.

Friendly and courteous staff, excellent, homely food

1. Rooms had a strong stuffy odor. 2. The AC is placed in a wrong position - above the headrest. 3. The fan is placed at one-third distance of the room's length - there is no air. 4. The headrest of the bed is interfering with the switches. 5. The bathroom fittings are old and water outlets on the floor rusted heavily. 6. The washbasin is cracked. 7. The hot water tap in the washbasinis wrongly placed. The right side tap has hot water running instead of the let and it burned my hand.

The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the dinner and breakfast were very tasty. We could use the room long before the time of checking in, which was very nice because we traveled a lot.

The toilet was small no sufficient space. i booked for studio apartment and for queen bed- but they gave single beds and the space for studio apartment was less. May be they gave a wrong room.

Breakfast quality can be better .

If u r looking for peaceful and noise free stay and a good sleep then it’s not possible. Because they have a banquet hall were wedding functions and other functions takes place so early morning and the previous night arrangments noises are very disturbing . Plus in case if renovations takes place with heavy noises, there is no prior information given to the guest . Management needs a lot of training interms of how to handle guest request with proper reverting and on guest care . But still the location and ambience and feel of the place is very good and positive. Hence it’s a very much preferable option to stay still , minus all above glitches .

It was a centrally located, quiet property with an easy stay. I would recommend it.
