Guest service staff were so friendly and accommodated our requests! Room had a loft and was so cool! Everything we wanted was there. A good iron, lots of coat hangers and hanging space, very comfy bed and pillows. The downstairs bar was great!!

Stylish interior. Close location for light rail and the Exhibition Centre. We didn’t eat there, but the cocktails at the bar were amazing! Quiet room, comfy bed and pillows. Good shower pressure. Staff were kind and helpful. Great cafes around the corner for brekky.

The lift across the road to get to the light rail stop can be slow.

I don’t like ground floor rooms kinda like walkin into the office storage room ! I don’t feel safe on ground floor , also checkin which is normally fuss free has become a long arduous wait for the da.n credit card terminal ridiculous wait !

Bar facilities and service. Shower alternated between hot and cold. Very average.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Woolstore and we can’t fault it. It is quiet and comfortable, but the attention to detail in this carefully restored heritage building and the calm, boutique ambience makes it something very special. It’s possibly one of the best hotel experiences you will ever have.

A simpler breakfast menu would be good, but this is only a very minor issue.

The hotel has a nice vibe. The staff was great and super helpful.

The room is not clean. The furnitures were covered by the dust, the shower has mould on the wall, the pillow could be better and the Apple TV was not working.

We stayed in the ‘shaken’ suite a multi-level hotel room complete with open plan lounge area, kitchenette. Bathroom was great with round bath, plenty of towels. The king size bed was up a few stairs in a mezzanine area which was very comfortable - had a great nights sleep. The Hotel is also pet friendly so we stayed a second night with our dog after collecting her from her surgery. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were super friendly, professional and helpful.

Location is good. Staff is friendly.

This air-con didn’t work on the first day, after told the front desk, they reset the temperature, however it still not working. I need to change room and there’s no make-up offer. Bed is too soft for me.

It was a last minute trip to Sydney and Woolshed 1888 certainly didn't disappoint. We were upgraded on check-in (amazing - this never happens to us), free mini bar, free lollies (needed!). The staff were fabulous - everything we needed was catered to (we needed to buy clothes for a function (we didn't pack well!) - the staff pointed us in the right direction, we needed to get to Olympic Park - the staff pointed us in the right direction, and we needed to type up a speech very last minute - the manager relinquished her laptop so we could type up a speech. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't wait to get back there.

the facilities are excellent. they left a personalised note on the mirror to wish us a good stay. they had beds for our dogs and treats. they went above and beyond in many ways. great customer service.
