the property was good but it was managed really badly. even though we reminded them continuously to get the hand wash (which was just water filled in a bottle), they didn’t bother to get back to us. we booked stay for 3 people and we were expecting 3 single beds or a double and single bed but they just gave a mattress for the third person with not even a blanket. AC didn’t work the whole day until night, overall our stay was terrible and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay there

The room was not clean The bedsheets and bedspreads seemed old and torn No paste/soap/waterbottle provided until asked The cost for simple chats and juice was so high and not properly served (took lot of time to get service)

Room was Very neat and clean.

Even after booking in advance and paying when we got there the staff were rude and outrightly told us to book elsewhere and leave as they were full. The worst hotel and staff and even booking.com didn’t help with this issue
