The breakfast was excellent and cooked to perfection The location is away from the hustle and bustle and only a short walk from the beach. The rest of the front is reachable by tram

To be honest there isn’t anything to say negative about this location I would recommend anyone to stay

This accommodation was perfectly located just far enough away from the bustle of the centre but near enough to get the tram, bus or walk. The hosts were lovely and made our family feel really welcome from the moment we arrived - and going beyond on our last night when our son was unwell. There is a lovely promenade nearby to walk to Bispham, where the beach is really quiet. There are shops nearby, including a chemist. Parking was roadside outside, and free. It was lovely, clean and homely, and my children who are used to caravan park holidays have asked if we can go and stay there again the next time we go to Blackpool. Oh, and breakfast was delicious too!

Very clean hotel, owners were lovely, made us all feel very welcome.

They had a great system by ticking off what you wanted for breakfast the day before. Breakfast was fantastic and good options for vegetarians.

The hospitaility, of both hosts, was brilliant, the shower was just the right tempreture, and i was made to feel like one of the family, I also liked how good, and patient they were with my son ( who has special needs ) and the breakfast was made especially to our needs, nothing was too much trouble for them.

I would've liked a bigger cooked breakfast, the bathroom was too small , there wasn'tanywhere for me to hang my coats

This lovely b&b is an absolute treasure ! Me and my family stayed here for 4 nights and we all loved it. the Rooms are fresh and clean and the breakfast was delicious ! Roy and Tina are fantastic hosts and made us feel more than welcome the whole time :)

Stayed here for 3 nights with my children and husband absolutely loved it. The breakfast coked by Tina was delicious everyday all freshly made. Tina and Roy both made time to speak with us and our children and could of not been more helpful. Would definitely be staying again in the future.

Roy and Tina were so nice, they were friendly and so helpful and I'm sure Tina makes the best breakfast in Blackpool, our room was very clean and the bed was comfy, can't think of a better place to have spent the last few days of my 60th birthday celebration week,will definitely be back ❤️ x

Bigger toilet

Lovely cooked breakfast, very friendly staff and location was ideal. A 2 minutes walk to the tram stop, nice and quiet area too

Roy and tina were excellent hosts and the breakfast was fantastic with great quality produce. They were also very accommodating with my sons milk intolerance.

The only thing would be the power of the shower but that isn't uncommon in blackpool.

Roy and Tina was very lovely couple and go above and beyond for there guest's the room was clean tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was lush 😃 highly recommended ☺️ thank you for a fabulous stay x

the property was in a great location, a street away from the beach front and trams but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool nightlife therefore allowing us lovely peaceful nights.
