This place is absolutely gorgeous ! SOOOOO MUCH room. Perfect size for a big family. The kitchen is crazy big and lots of updated appliances. TVs in every room , bathrooms in every floor and the beds are so comfy. I 100% recommend this place!

Lots of space to be together or seperate if desired. The outdoor extras were nice too. The only down side is if someone in your party has trouble with steps. Otherwise 5stars!

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds. Lots of space. 5 levels!! Checkin was listed as 2pm then day of communication said 4 pm. Fortunately we were able to get in at 2! Enjoyed hot tub

Loved this space. Everything felt clean and the rooms were spacious, with enough space for our family to have privacy. It was a pretty quiet area and parking was easy. Not too much was walkable but just a short drive anywhere. Listing was spot on. We did find one little bug in one of the beds but the host responded quickly and forwarded info to his exterminator to remedy the issue. Overall we had a nice stay

The Eagles Nest House in Nashville was everything we were looking for! Plenty of space, it was tastefully appointed with all the amenities we needed for a fabulous Nashville weekend! We enjoyed the hot tub even surrounded by 6 inches of snow! Thanks to the owner for suggesting we park at the bottom of the hill during the snow and ice and for checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! We would definitely come back to stay!

We had an incredible stay for our anniversary. We brought our four children and two of their significant others. The place had plenty of room, was very clean, and was the perfect location to everything. David was so easy to work with and very tolerant of my questions. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

The place was well cleaned and had lots of room with various gathering spots. Communication with the host was very good and we had a wonderful time. One note-the driveway is on the ally side not on the street side of the address.

This beautiful home was perfect for six ladies that just wanted some of their own space. What an absolute beautiful, clean and well kept house. It does have a lot of stairs, but I really liked the layout. I can’t even say enough about the shower!!! Best shower EVER!!! This home had everything we wanted and more. The location was safe and convenient. I will definitely come back!!!

This house is beautiful and equipped with about anything you could need. The location to Broadway and all the downtown fun is perfect, just a short Uber ride away. I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again for our next trip to Nashville.

The place was very nice and looked just like the pictures online. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The big window upstairs had many cobwebs and so did a few other places, but other than that it was great.

Property is perfect for navigating Nashville. Checkin was smooth. Parking a little challenging and the next door neighbor apparently is upset there’s a rental next to his crib. No worries though as the property manager Misti lives on the other side next door and was all over making sure we were in compliance with all the rules of the house regarding parking. Don’t hesitate to book this property. It will exceeed your expectations!!

Nashville Trip
We stayed at this property from March 11th - March 13th, 2022. We LOVED the space. The cleanliness, amenities and space inside were immaculate. The property manager was very prompt in getting back to us and brought us over a light bulb in a pinch. Very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Beds were super comfortable and the space was the perfect size for our group of 10.

Plenty of sleeping areas!
This is a nice big space & sleeps many. Pretty clean as well. However, there are a lot of things that needs attention and fixing. Many amenities are missing or just didn't have them (sponges, dish soap, kleenex, handsoap). The wifi is terrible, buffered all programs and to slow on the phones or ipads. They just need to pay attention to details and it would improve the place greatly as it isn't a bad place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay but we're disappointed in the streaming TV. The house is nicely appointed and the 4 bathroom locations were handy. Very convenient to restaurants and Broadway.

Great getaway
We stayed at this property for a long girls weekend and had a fabulous time. We weren't at the property much other than to sleep but it was close enough for a short Uber ride. The only downside is all the flights of stairs if you have a hip issue like I do, but otherwise loved it!

Our group had two people with knee issues so the 4 flights of stairs was a bit challenging but did not detract from our wonderful stay. Overall, the house was very comfortable. The 3 futons in the living room made for a great place to watch movies. The nearness to downtown was perfect. Parking behind the house off the alley was wonderfully convenient. Would stay again.

Great stay with only one issue
House was great! Plenty of space, was clean, and updated. Our only issue was the hot water didnt work which resulted in cold showers for the entirety of our stay. Reached out to the property manager and he gave us a number to call to get it fixed. In that situation we felt that wasn't our responsibility considering what we already had planned for our stay away from the property.

The house was exactly as shown. The alley way is the best access to this homes entrance. Finding the alley was a bit difficult, but after driving around for a while, we finally found it.

Amazing home!
My family stayed here for two nights. The home is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The beds were so comfortable including the futons! We took an uber to Nashville and we were there in about 15 minutes and it was super convenient and inexpensive. They had popcorn and snacks for us at the house as well as board games. The shower in the master bath was amazing! We will for sure be back and highly recommend this property!

Family Reunion
Awesome place. Very clean and comfortable. We were in town for a couple days to have a family reunion. We contacted the host to add one more day. He responded within minutes and it was very easy. Would definitely stay again at this home.
