As soon as I arrived, I could see strands of hair on the floor. Then we found out the pull out bedsheet has stains. Toilet has ciggarette bud

Location was fantastic. Very central. Near to alot of nice places. Danga bay carnival is only a 5 mins drive. Walking distance to tip top seafood place and Macdonalds. (Maybe about 10mins walk). Host of the property was super helpful and nice. Pleasant lady 😊

The security guards were not helpful at all. We struggled with the TV as there was limited channels and even so, it was lagging badly. So we ended up watching youtube all the way which was not so ideal. Host could have provided more garbage bags. Apartment could have been cleaner. Dust and some other things that rolled under sofa preciously was not cleaned up. Unsightly gaping ceiling in the bedroom toilet makes me a little uncomfortable for some reason. For a short 2 nights stay, it was ok. Don’t think I can stay for longer though.

The property is convenient to grab with air-conditioned seating area at Lobby.

Property wasn’t being cleaned thoroughly. Stove does not have gas, oven is spoilt & microwave is very dirty. Floors are not being mopped with cockroaches & ants coming out during night time.

Bathtubs was not functioning proper Door sensor lock sometimes very sensitive and difficult to open. Parking is a little far from lift

The location is good, with easy access to cheap & halal food nearby which is excellent since there is no meal option. The apartment is bright and well-ventilated, with both fans and aircon working well. The view from the living room windows is lovely, and the window blind design is beautiful.

The 2nd bedroom is very small, with no wardrobe or mirror. A small side cabinet has a faulty door that will not close, and the white roller blind covering the window is dirty. The 2nd toilet is musty smelling, most likely due to the old bathroom rug/mat placed on the floor. The toilet hand spray hose comes without the sprayer so you have to manually turn on the tap, which is located at a very awkrward position way down near the floor. Worse still, it is super difficult turning on the tap which is very small, thus difficult to operate. Altogether, a very unpleasant experience. And you have to use considerable force to turn on the taps at both washbasins in the two toilets, resulting in just one volume of water - high.
