Cleanliness: There were hairs of different sizes on the bed. Although the bed was made nicely by the staff, they did not bother to change the sheet. If the staff haven't seen the clearly visible long hairs on the bed, I wonder how unhygienic the rooms, toilets, towels and everything else will be in this new world of unseen bacteria and diseases. This was my first visit to Singapore and Ibis Emerald. I heard a lot about Singapore's cleanliness, but I think that was all outside the hotel, not inside.

Location is great, super close to bus stop going to the city. Place is also quiet so we can have a proper rest at night. Room is clean and tidy.

Good value for Singapore. Loved the location. We walked to the metro everyday and the closest station was just a 10 minute walk.

Buona posizione , in una strada ricca di posti per mangiare , supermarket , cafes, etc . Dista a 15 minuti a piedi dalla metro di Kallang ( linea diretta all aeroporto ) ed a due passi vi è una fermata dell autobus che porta a ovunque ( centro città , Sentosa, Aeroporto ). Chiaramente non si trova nel centro città , però visti i prezzi di Singapore direi che è una scelta ottima !!!

Due cose che ho trovato veramente assurde : 1- Finestre non apribili - ricambio di aria paria a zero , pertanto dovrete convivere con gli odori per tutto il soggiorno . 2- Camere per niente insonorizzate . Ho viaggiato tanto e ne ho visti di hotel , ma veramente non mi era mai successo di alloggiare in camere così non isolate . Si è dipendenti dalle attività degli altri : al mio piano avevo dei clienti indiani che avevano la musica in camera perennemente accesa e quindi le mie ore di sonno andavano in base a loro . Quando al piano di sopra facevano la doccia , sembrava che piovesse in camera dal rumore , una cosa pazzesca mai provata prima . Per concludere al mattino la signora delle pulizie sembrava che venisse a farle in camera !!!! Si sentiva tutto !!!!

The property is a great value for its price. It is near a lot of restaurants and near the bus stops so there was no hassle in commuting and finding your way. It was very convenient because the property is near Singapore Indoor Stadium; it is perfect if you will watch a concert. Our room is very clean and the perfect size for 2 people. They have all your basic necessities and everything was functioning as expected. The property also has vending machines in front so if you need a quick fix, you can just buy from there. The staff are very pleasant and friendly! They have a 24-hour front desk; we called in for late check-in and they assured us that it’s fine. Overall, this property is highly recommended.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Viele Restaurants in Laufnähe. Bus und Bahn schnell erreichbar. Bett war überwiegend gut. Es war soweit alles sauber.

Das gesamte Viertel ist sehr lebhaft, jedoch irwi zwielichtig. Es scheint als wären hier überall Bordelle und die Stimmung und das Gefühl Abends durch die Gassen zu laufen ist etwas bedrückend. Ibis Budget mäßig waren wenig Möglichkeiten Dinge abzustellen bzw abzulegen. Stauraum eher gegen 0. Es war sehr hellhörig. Es gab keinen roomservice und die Lage haben uns dazu bewogen ein Paar Sterne abzuziehen.

The room met my expectations. It was a bit small but as described on the website. The hotel was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The city center and the airport can be easily reached by metro during the day. There are local restaurants in the area with reasonable prices. I think it's a good place for a short stay to explore the city. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful in ordering a taxi to the airport at night.

The room was nice with two beds that were very comfortable. 10-15 minute walk from the subway which made travel easy. Close to several restaurants and laundromat.

We had assumed that laundry is at the hotel but laundry is located next street. There are no shampoo and body wash.

We were close to lots of restaurants and the train station was only a 20 minute walk to get into the city very quickly. The staff were very helpful with any queries or requirements. Shower room had excellent facilities and supplies too
