Every thing exceeded my expectations

i had a lot of choices to choose from for lunch and dinner as we were using also the restaurants in Jungle hotel. Having no limits to use also Jungle hotel facilities is really an excellent idea. Having the entertainment area with cycling and funfair is really excellent

Anything you look for you will find it inside the resort and the reception staff are so so friendly it was nice holiday at this place

Everything was perfect 🥰,starting from receptionist Ahmed Rashwan with his perfect smile,kindness, and being helpful 👌 and housekeeping guy, Mr hossam. We really love everything food ,pools,aquapark and using Nederland facilities. Our kids were enjoying to extreme . It will not be our last visit .

All things were perfect specially animation team, party every day and the aqua park in Jungle Hotel was amazing we enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was the best, but lunch and dinner were acceptable and need more improvement. For the dinner the best restaurant is LA CASA (Italian restaurant) The Staff were friendly and professional and special thanks for Mr. Ahmed Mekky in the reception staff. you can have invitation one-time during your stay to VARANDA restaurant to enjoy set menu dinner, drinks and amazing show. you can use the facilities for other two hotels JUNGLE AQUA PARK and WATER VALLEY.

The hotel must offer means of transportation (Club cars, Golf cars or Suttell bus......) to Jungle aqua park because it takes almost 15 minutes walking and not all people can walk this distance specially children and old people. The beach outside the hotel but there is Suttell bus every approximately 15 minutes to and from the beach..

I like everything inside alf lial one of the best hotels in Egypt. Everyone is smiling in your face They make everything make you happy 😊😊 I always go to this hotel and everything from better to better . Many thanks for this excellent time. I really enjoyed it 😍😍😍😍😍

Food quality and its varieties are fine. Staff is good and their attitude is fruitful

Dislike Regarding the reception: A guy in the reception called Mohamed Awad did not show us any respect and was incredibly rude and acted unworthy according to what is expected and we checked in at 5:30pm. Regarding the room: The flush was leaking and noisy because the water was continuously running in the water tank. The blackout curtains don’t fully block lights. The door housing the fridge was chipped and fell off when opened. There are loads of mosquitoes in the rooms and all-over the hotel. In addition, Dead cockroaches and alot of dirts were floating in the water of some pools, however, they close the pools at 6pm for the sake of cleaning them untill the next day. To be honest, I have been staying in Abatros chain resorts for many times and years and I will do in the future for sure, I also believe that its one of the best chains allover the world but Alf leila w leila is not!! It's poor in comparison of all the other albatros resorts. Please take care inorder not to ruin your vacation, despite, the pricing is almost the same for most of albatros resorts.

They took great care of my family in law as they were old and gave them souvenirs when they left drinks and food for the road. Mr Ahmed abdelwahab at the reception great thanks to him.

If you are not a German or Russian tourist they act like you don’t exist we were from Aswan and we weren’t acknowledged 1 bit very unfortunate. I’m talking about the entertainment area at night we requested a table the guy at the bar completely ignored us and acted as if we didn’t exist. Until a colleague took over and gave us a table.

The distance to Jungle Aqua park needs to be covered by a golf car , staff @ Jungle are not friendly towards Alf Leila we Leila guests 😓 Walking to Jungle was a pain in the neck !
