If you get Mohammed at the reception, you are covered!

We had an awesome place to stay amidst the very crazy and pricey period of CoP27. It was awesome to experience Egyptian hospitality when we had expected otherwise during that period. People complained about their places, we DID NOT. The buffet was excellent and beyond imagination - whether breakfast or dinner!

The lack of WiFI in the rooms and that the buffet dinner/breakfast were only 3 hours long...

The worest stay ever … I will never go their again

Nothing was good

All equipment in the apartment weren’t working and we changed the room after 3 hours of trying to fix the problems I paid extra charges for the beach despite it mentioned that it included!! The rom wasn’t clean it was dirty bad odor allover the resort No activities

I had an issue with the ac during night time, I called the reception someone came but no fixing, someone wake me up at 9 to fix it Will not stay again, it was clean Breakfast not good and nothing left around ten (before closing

Great value for money however the staff there need serious training on how to speak with guests.

It’s clean it’s spacious

You can’t check out unless the staff inspects the room , that I found odd never experienced that I travel a lot not once I was told to wait until they check. The room .
