The customer service is exceptional! The staff were friendly and will try their best dispute the language barrier. The spa service was amazing Breakfast was great Location was convinient The pool is absolutely amazing

The property is very run down. Our first villa, 7108, one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell. And the toilet was constantly blocked. Staff tried to fix but was unable to and changed us to another villa. The bedroom pillows also had a very sweaty musky smell. I ended up using some clean clothes as pillow on first night. Pillows got changed but the smell was still there on the pillows but less strong We were moved due to the sewage smell to a new villa the next day, however, the next villa 7111, two of the toilets were blocked and one of the bathrooms had yellow brown water coming out when turning on the hot water. I tried to run a bath for my kids and brown water spilled out. I was horrified. Then realized I also had a shower in the yellow water prior as the shower head had yellow water stains. We confirmed the hot water pipes were delivering yellow water by filling a white coffee cup. I also tried to run the hot water tap in the bath for extended time to see if the water will clear but it doesn't. Other bathroom had clear water. But I ended up not bathing the kids or having another shower The floor boards in villa 7111 are warped and creaking and lifting The carpets in villa 7108 are warped and lifting in bedroom facing the ocean Many power plugs don't work And in villa 7108, the wall socket in the bedroom downstairs facing the ocean, when I plugged in my charger it sparked and would make electicity sparking sound. Was afraid to use that socket Also, it would be great if mosquito repellent can be provided in the rooms as there's no where that sells this but there are so many mosquitoes outside the villas that it's impossible to walk outside

I like the pool view and beach its beautiful. My kids love the vinpearl safari. I like the free bus services to the attractions. The room size is good. They have kids club which was good.

The female staffs doesn't seem to care about their customers, too busy talking. At arrival, the receptionist staff help me check in but fail help me with getting the voucher for the grand world that I would use. I have to ask 5 times, and they still didn't get it done for me, just brush me off with their answer that their manager will load on the app account for me. Never did. Breakfast was not up to the 5 stars standard. Not enough varieties, and their plain congee and pho taste so bad. There was no internet in our room. You can only use it in the lobby. When you're at the pool, they make you pay for the floaty 100,000 to hire them. Other hotels allow you to borrow and return it when you're done. Location wise, it's not close to anything, if you want food or water, you have to travel to Grand world to get it. Which mean you need to call a taxi which will cost around 70 to 100 one way. Or wait for the free bus to take you there. The hotel pillows and bed are not 5 stars quality.

Have free shuttle for pickup and drop off at airport. Safari was amazing (extra cost).

Subpar compared to other Vinpearl hotels. Swimming pool in back of villa wasn’t well maintained. Charged $50k VND for each lost room card is unnecessary.

Amazing staff and facilities, breakfast was really good with alot of variety. The free airport shuttle provided was like made for a movie star. Room was spacious, very clean. We had interconnecting room without extra charge. The pool was great and you also have access to the beach as well. Free shuttle buses was also provided to the other attractions

Buffet dinner was quite expensive so we only ate there for 1 night. Location of hotel was perfect to the other big attractions like Vin Safari and VinWonders, however pretty far from the central town if you wanted to go there. But we didn't end up going into town as we went to GrandWorld for night market instead

Located on lovely clean beach. Huge clean warm pool.

Although one order was incorrect for a la carte. Ordered a chicken burger and was given an undercooked beef burger and charged full price.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool and beach (especially at sunset), good breakfast.

I contacted property to pay by cash but still got charged to my credit card. The staff told me that it would take 14 days or longer to reverse it. There should be a clear option of payment method on the booking. At check-in, the frontdesk staff told me that we got 2 connecting/adjoining rooms but when we went to the rooms, they were just regular rooms. We booked 3 rooms for the family but only 2 were closed to each others. The other room was on the same floor but quite far away.
