Well positioned and what it had for amenities was well covered. I think for my first time there I took away a lot of learning if I was to use No 10 again. I guess, from a 'boutique style' accommodation there were elements that were above what I expected there...for example a smart tv was better than most accommodations. The tablet, although not used was an added bonus. 'kitchen' facilities weren't used but then I was on a single night stopover. The bed was nice but a choice of pillows would have been welcome. I found myself stacking simply to get some structure into the pillow. A lot of work colleagues have recommended No10...As a first stay there was a lot of learning. Maybe I'm too used to people being on hand should something go awry. Would I stay again is the question...The jury is out at the moment!

The bathroom is, in most of my stays, an integral 'scoring point' Initially, at eye level this appeared to be well up there. However...the fan stayed on a little too long when using the bathroom before retiring for the night. and in the morning I can only describe as awful the shower. Someone from concierge needs to go out immediately and buy a new shower head because the one there is disgusting! Also a bit of maintenance to the shower area wouldn't go amiss. Another element, and I agree this IS covered in some ways by a plethora of emails but, a lack of a 'welcome' type pack was annoying. The pack that gives you local eateries, maybe transport links and above all things like wifi passcodes, even if it was on a single laminated A4 page would have been helpful. Whilst it was a nice evening to take a walk around it was a trawl to find somewhere actually doing food ! As an example, on arrival I searched through the many many emails I had received to find codes to access the building AND to then access the lock box for my key. Ended up calling the 'helpline who WERE helpful, took ALL of my details right down to my postcode et al, told me someone would be in touch imminently...nothing! Probably 20minutes I waited and no call or mail! People coming and going were most helpful...come inside etc etc and thankfully it wasn't raining! Eventually after searching through numerous mails I found the codes and finally got into my room but seriously...WHAT an event!!! A learning if I was to book again.

It is located in a lovely part of the town, very quiet at night and free on street parking right outside 18:00-08:30.

Slight damage to the floor tiles on the edge of the shower. No desk in the room made working slightly awkward as the dressing table was too small to work at.

Exceptionally well provided. All you could want in a kitchen/ bathroom

Chandelier in middle of the room is attractive but not when you keep bumping into it.

The facilities in the bedroom felt minimal almost as if they had to be kept minimal in case of theft.

Wow. Beautiful self contained spacious apartment. Beautifully decorated. Full cooking facilities. We stayed 8 nights and were able to enjoy home cooking. Beautiful setting opposite Wymondham Abbey. The town is lovely and has a nice vibe. Good cafe and nice Thai restaurant, bakers grocers etc. lovely walks. Really comfy bed. Dining table. Good tv reception. Plenty of hot water. Very nice friendly staff, great parking,and if you can’t park at the back of the property you can park on the street for free from 6.30 pm to 8.30am and have a legal hour before and after that time. Would stay again.
