The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast as we had to go out. Staff were kind, helpful and efficient

The bed was by the wall, so one of us had to get on it from the end, but the room was quite small, so this was probably the best arrangement

Dit hotel was een van de weinige die nog een kamer aanbood tegen een redelijke prijs op de dag dat ik een kamer zocht (voor de avond daarna). Het hotel is schoon, netjes, met een prima ontvangst. Kamer is echt pas beschikbaar na 14.00 uur, er is geen lift, dus met de trap naar je verdieping, de kamer zelf is schoon, netjes, met twee prettige eenpersoonsbedden en een nette badkamer. Alles is een beetje klein, maar voor de prijs heel erg goed. Ook de douchecabine is klein, maar de waterdruk is meer dan uitstekend. Het hotel ligt ook zeer gunstig voor Paddington Station (Heathrow Express, Elizabeth metroline (ook naar Heathrow) en de veel gebruikte metrolijnen). En iedereen aan het ontbijt met een lach op het gezicht.

Gezien de prijs viel niets tegen, maar er is geen lift, dus traplopen, de douchecabine is klein en er ontbreekt een plankje of zo voor je douchespullen, de waterdruk van de douche zelf is weer uitstekend, eenpersoonsbedden zijn 90 cm, voor iemand die gewend is aan 160 cm is dat oppassen ;-) maar beter dan helemaal geen bed.

I was a budget business traveler (work for a non-profit) so this was perfect for a 2 week trip for work. I will come back and bring my two kids. I stayed in a double room which was fine, but a single room might have been too small.

Perfect location and good value for money. 8 minute walking distance from London underground which makes you connected everywhere. Some nice restaurants near too.

I don't have complaints but I suggest moving the staircase light sensor more in the middle. At night when you walk up you need to get almost two thirds up the stairs till the light turns on. Granted, this is not an issue when going down stairs. Solution is either move the sensor or add one more.

Ubicación perfecta, baño compartido pero cómodo, no desayunamos allí pero la zona estaba llena de cafeterías interesantes.

Great location. Paddington tube and train stations are only a short walk away from the hotel. The room was small as expected but it was comfortable and clean. I asked for an iron, ironing board and more towels and they were supplied no problem. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect as a place to sleep after sight seeing for the day.

I would have liked more pillows but this wasn't a big deal.

6일 묵었는데 패딩턴역 근처라 다른 지역 접근성도 좋고, 조식도 타 호텔처럼 화려한건 아니지만 무난히 맛있었어요. 아침마다 가볍게 배채우기 좋았어요. 날이 약간 추워서 히터를 틀고잤는데 온도 적당해서 잠도 잘 왔어요

- 단 하나 매우 불편했던 점..객실 바닥이 카펫으로 되어있는데 슬리퍼가 없어서 매우 불편했습니다.. 찝찝해서 양말 신고 다녔어요. 일회용 슬리퍼 마트에 팔지도 않아서 묵는 내내 불편했습니다 - 복도랑 방 간 방음이 안 되는 편이라 잠귀 밝으면 새벽에 자주 깰 수 있어요. 전 잘 잤음

La zona está muy bien, cerca de Hyde Park y de la estación de Paddington. Además tiene restaurantes y cafeterías en la misma calle, y en la estación de Paddington podrás encontrar un súper. Recepcionista 24 h, muy agradables y dispuestos a ofrecerte cualquier información que necesites. La habitación era pequeña pero muy cómoda, además contaba con un hervidor de agua y calefacción. Limpieza y cambio de toallas a diario.

No tiene ascensor, pero tampoco supuso un problema.

The staff was nice for the most part. Jerry was the best by a long shot! Give this man a raise!

There wasn’t a lift. We had to carry our suitcases 2 floors up.

Schönes Zimmer im Tiefparterre mit bequemen Betten und keiner Garderoben ecke, was sehr praktisch ist. Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet ist inklusive. Gute lage in der Nähe von Paddington, Hydepark und Kensington. U-Bahn, Bahnhof und Bus alles gut erreichbar.

Sehr ringhörig. Sauberkeit leider nur OK.

The AC made noice in the room. Couldn't open the window. Very noisy street outside. Doors are noise and can hear the neighbors.

La habitación era muy moderna y limpia y la cama muy cómoda. Está ubicado cerca de la estación de Paddington, por lo que está muy bien comunicado y además, es una zona tranquila llena de hoteles y restaurantes. Está cerca de Hyde Park y Notting Hill, para ver el resto de zonas de la ciudad fuimos en bus, ya que hay buenas conexiones. El desayuno era típico inglés y estaba muy rico. Al hacer el check-out pudimos dejar las maletas en el hotel sin ningún coste adicional, esto nos vino muy bien a la hora de visitar la ciudad ese día y por la noche fuimos a recogerlas. El personal era muy amable y no tuvimos ningún problema durante la estancia.

No me gustó el tamaño de la habitación que era muy pequeña y estaba en una tercera planta sin ascensor.

Manca l’ascensore, fare 4 piani con una valigia può essere impegnativo. Io non ho avuto problemi, ma per persone con problemi cardiaci/respirazione/motori, può essere una barriera architettonica non indifferente

Todo limpio y correcto. El personal amable, pero solo habla inglés. La habitación correcta para descansar, buena cama. Lo mejor la ubicación, pegado al Hyde Park y bien comunicado.

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica a pochissimi minuti dalla fermata Lancaster Gate della linea metropolitana Central. Vicinissimo ad uno degli ingressi del parco di Kensington. La camera era molto moderna, ordinata e silenziosa anche se non particolarmente spaziosa. Personale molto accogliente e gentile. Letti molto comodi. Buona colazione.

L'hotel non dispone di ascensore e quindi a chi ha problemi consiglierei di chiedere un piano basso.

Very nice location. Even perfect! Few min by walk to train station and to another metro also few min. Very gentle stuff and tasty breakfast.

So small sink in the bathroom. Not comfortable wash face. And rug on the floor was not clean enough.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Locatie van het hotel was heel goed; naast hydepark, in mooie straat en vlakbij metro. Hotel en kamer zagen er zeer verzorgd uit. Er was duidelijk aandacht besteed aan de inrichting. Modern en kleurig. We hadden uitzicht op de straat. Fijn om airco op de kamer te hebben. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt.

Bed was wat smal. Kamers alleen per trap te bereiken. Voor ons geen probleem, want kamer op 2e verdieping (4 trappen op), maar kan me voorstellen dat het lastig wordt als je veel hoger zit.

The room was smaller than expected and a lot of stairs to climb because we were on the third floor.

Sin más. Habitación funcional. No tiene ascensor. Para lo que ofrece, muy caro. Ubicación buena. Tanto del metro como de estación de trenes. También hay buses que te llevan al centro cerca.

Nada negativo a mencionar. Simplemente es un hotel que en España tendría clasificación de pensión. Pero de lo que ofrece Londres, es lo menos prohibitivo.
