Overall a regular bland Marriott with a negative twist.

Apparently, in Spain, 4-star hotels do not provide valet services/assistance. I am one of those that carries my own bags always. However, this was a family vacation with a 6-year old and a pregnant wife. We had four heavy suitcases. Imagine my surprise, when after the taxi driver unloaded them, and I went it to ask for help, the gentlemen at the reception desk cheerfully (!) informed me that in Spain, 4-start hotel do not provide valet services to their guests, and therefore, I can enjoy myself handling the luggage all on my own after a 20-hour journey from Asia. Funnily, having a valet's help loading and unloading luggage was my primary reason for not getting a better value-for-money AirBnB. Hope this is helpful for someone in a similar situation.

The staff was very rood no one to pick your luggage and the AC at room was not working and they change the room for me three times but still the AC was too hot then I left the hotel and book another one please believe me it’s not worth any star

Excellet Hotel, furniture looks new, incredible views of this rooom, near to Madrid. Surroundings with lots of trees, near Pozuelo, where there is a street full of shops and restaurants, very easy to access and park.
