The services and facilities are very good, relaxing atmosphere. There is an aqua activity center at the hotel, very convenient if you like a day out on the boat. There are also agencies available at the lobby that take you to different excursions. There is a show every night at the private island which is way from the rooms so you can choose to be quiet or party.

The reception staff were extremely helpful especially Hossam. The guest relations Hajar was extremely helpful escorted us to an upgrade room. We went to this hotel for our anniversary and was pleasantly surprise to find a fruit bowl, cake, flowers and the beautiful effort they made with the bed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Only stayed for one night. Friendly staff,clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

The hotel needs a face lift but as no tourists during pandemic money needs to be earned first.

The view of the Red Sea was exceptional. We liked the swimming area that was open to the sea but secure from boat traffic.

The breakfast was very good but not as good as other Marriott hotels

Kids club team was dedicating with kids although more activity on the beach was preferred (e.g Foam party, Bubble party, Clown show, etc). All Hotel staff were amazing, helpful to a very high level.

Activity for adults was very limited, repetitive and not exciting….!!!

I would like to emphasize the exceptional assistance and friendliness provided by the hotel manager, Mr. Waleed, and the receptionist. Throughout my stay at Marriott, I experienced some soundproofing issues due to being allocated a connecting room. Nevertheless, Marriott swiftly and effectively addressed the problem, ensuring that I had an enjoyable stay. The hotel's impressive problem-solving skills have left a positive impression, and if I ever return to Hurghada, I would gladly choose to stay at Marriott again.

They did everything they could to make us comfortable. The private beach was nice. They have two good à la carte restaurants & the animation was better than you might expect in a resort.

If you do not have all in and eat the buffet the price/quality doesn't match. I would recommend to eat in the other restaurants (Surf & Turf and Tuscancy). Food was also a lot better there than at the buffet in my view.
