Broken Ac making lot of noises and dirt under the table and feet. A good scrub is what room needs. Overall it’s a fine hotel and room service is awesome, laundry was expensive though.

Was Given different and smaller room than the one booked. Towels were dirt and smelled like smoke. Bathroom stinks. Hot water in shower was like for 3 mins and then it turned cold!

Staff was courteous and handled our needs with smiling faces. Keep it up

The location is good

The room was very tiny versus the per day tarrif, facilities were very average Sunlight hardly entered the room

Very good location. 2 mins walk to market and 4 mins walk to metro station. Hotel is good too to stay.

The staffs are very friendly and they helped us to checkout a bit late as well. The hotel is located closer to the metro for quick access and the Karol bagh market is very close too.
