The location was fabulous- stunning views and close to pools, beach, restaurants, shops, walking trails etc... Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We loved every minute of our stay.

Sofa bed was broken and stove didn't work.

It is adequate for a vacation. It was clean and well positioned. Prior to the shuttle service a buggy would have been required as a member of my party is elderly. The view is stunning.

There were no basic condiments. Cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. the Divan bed in the living room was not made up.

The location was fantastic. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. The decor in the bedroom was lovely.

There wasn't a coffee machine. Not even a pod machine. The sofa bed in the lounge was broken. The bathroom needed a big upgrade. Very eighties. The ceiling paint was flaking off everywhere. Disgusting. There were bits of the ceiling paint literally hanging from the ceiling. Very gross. No heating in the pool. Disappointing. Wld've been great to have a free buggy to get around in.

Had difficulty checking in as was sent wrong keypad code to enter apartment and as was private apartment reception downstairs were not all helpful .had to stand outside door of apartment for long timr after long flight to ring booking com for assistance. As we are both nearly 80 was a stressful start .

No cleaning services were provided. Was told we had to contact the owner directly ourselves to arrange it even though we booked through the hotel.

Pool area

Poor maintenance, out dated furniture and basically run down. This apartment is privately owned, there is only one set of towels and poorly maintained.

The location and view from apartment were exceptional although wrong code given was a very easy access would recommend highly this apartment

code did not work but easily fixed and was an easy process did not like the second bed for my daughter who woke up with a sore back, had to put the thin mattress on the floor and still not good, could upgrade this for second persons comfort and back only giving this feedback for recommendations for others comfort initial bed very comfortable no milk for tea but tea and coffee supplied don't mind buying it but when you arrive late then was impossible to find any that night

The location and views were perfect. Absolutely stunning views & the accommodation was close to everything we wanted to do. The beach & pool were gorgeous & close to get to. The tropical gardens are stunning. Everything looked so aesthetically pleasing. We loved the shuttle service to & from the apartment- very convenient & made life easier. The free shuttle directly from the apartments was excellent & very handy.

For the money I would have preferred a 2nd bedroom for my 2 children for privacy & comfort & space for all, but the trundle beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was small & had no dishwasher. Spending a week there & cooking lunches & dinners, it was a shame I was always manually washing up instead of just quickly putting dishes in a dishwasher & getting back into the holiday - just a small thing really. No biggy.

The apartment was more than we expected it was excellent and very clean, had everything we needed

It could do with a light above the Keypad on the front door as it was hard to see in the dark to put in the door code

Fantastic location with amazing view from 13th floor of the apartment. Easy access to beach and nice swimming pool on site.

the location of the building "Whitsunday Apartments" very good. The location of the apartment not so good. Right opp Housekeeping who start at 7.00am each morning and are noisy of course. The pool excellent.

One handtowel - 2 basins - not good. No buggy - wouldn't take an apt in the future without a buggy. No dishwasher - no one wants to wash up on a holiday, particularly when working full time all year. very noisy opp Housekeeping department. I mean 1 meter door to door. We also had one nice of disturbance from Indian music playing all night in the next door apt.

Fabulous location with unbeatable view. Helpful staff and highly efficient airport transfers.

1) Apartment could do with a good clean. 2) I would recommend checking whether apartments are private or belong to the Whitsunday Seaview Apartments. Might seem strange but different rules apply during the booking process and indeed the stay.

Location was excellent and the apartment was a great size.

Would be good to have washing machine dryer and dishwasher
