Stunning 2 appartamento in una strada molto tranquilla a Richmond. L'appartamento è stato modernizzato nel 2016 al più alto livello. I bellissimi pavimenti in rovere in tutto l'intero appartamento sono a pavimento riscaldato, dando una magnifica atmosfera accogliente.
La camera da letto principale è luminosa e ariosa e dispone di un letto super king e la seconda camera ha due letti singoli.
Il lussuoso cucina a pianta aperta e sala colazione ha superfici di lavoro in granito italiano e di un bar per la colazione. Il bagno è una stanza umida walk-in e dispone anche di riscaldamento a pavimento.
Il soggiorno è confortevole con un grande divano che si trasforma in un divano letto molto confortevole con un adeguato materasso a molle, dando ampio spazio per due persone.
E 'un posto favoloso da cui godere di tutti i vantaggi di Richmond - dalle fantastiche caffè e negozi, a Richmond Park, a Kew Gardens e, naturalmente, la comodità dei collegamenti ferroviari rapidi il centro di Londra. The flat ist very well equiped With all the daily things you might need. The top for US wäre The coffee caps and Team bags. The flat has a very beautiful and clean interior. The owner was all the time very supportiv. A very good choice to stay.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Richmond. It was a quick walk to the train station, easy even with our bags, and convenient for day trips into the city. Our teenagers had plenty of space in the room with the 2 twin beds, so we didn’t need to use the pull out bed, but it was nice to know it was there. Good cooking tools, for saving some money with eating in a couple nights. In the area, we really enjoyed our visit to Kew Gardens, the Prince’s Head pub, and walking Paced Court and the Richmond green- Ted Lasso filming sights. Weather warmed up quite a bit while we were visiting end of June, but the apartment cooled off quickly with open windows and fans. Nice, safe neighborhood and we felt at home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The space didn't look large enough at first glance, but it was surprisingly comfortable for my wife and I, along with our three adult kids. The sunken second bedroom was a sleep chamber for our two boys, and our daughter slept great on the pull out couch.
This was our first trip to London, so we weren't sure where to stay. Richmond was a great choice: it has a cool vibe, great food and shops, and was very convenient to our south and central London destinations. Even with a train line out of service, we had no problem with subway and bus travel in and out of Richmond.
Host was incredibly helpful and responsive to our inquiries and requests. I really can't say enough about what a great spot this was for our family. Everything was as advertised. We absolutely would recommend this place to other families.

Christopher was the perfect host, offering detailed clear instructions for the property and a wide range of excellent recommendations for neighborhood shopping, eating and activities. The flat was bright and convenient and just a few minutes walk from the river, the train and Kew Gardens. Street was quiet and clean. We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely place to stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Richmond. The flat meet expectations and pictures. Location is very walk able to the near by train station, restaurants and parks. It also had a parking space. It is a quiet neighborhood, other then the sound of the trains out back, which did not disturb sleep. Overall a great flat!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The kids even remarked on how much they liked it! The living area (with the pull out couch) also has a door, so offers privacy at bed time. It is less than a 10 minute walk to town and the train station. There was on site parking which was nice, since we rented a car. There are many pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Chris was a PHENOMENAL host. He was very responsive to any questions and offered excellent recommendations for dining and entertainment in the area. There was a beautiful cherry tree in bloom, in the back yard where we were able to see many different types of birds in the morning. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

We were delighted with our stay here at the end of our recent road trip around the UK. It was exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The off-street parking was a bonus and the location, within walking distance of Richmond, very convenient.

This place was perfect for a London Christmas - absolutely spotless, lots of thoughtful touches and very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood and links into Waterloo were speedy and frequent. We were 24 hours late arriving due to a wildcat Eurostar strike and the very thoughtful owner even offered a part refund for the first night - a very kind gesture indeed.

10-16 minute walk to Richmond station depending on your speed. It took a total of 20-30 minutes into central London.
Apt itself: Well kept with attention to detail. Immaculate when we arrived. If you like nice dishes nice everything it’s a great place.

The location was great if you enjoy Richmond. It is a short walk to the train station. The property was clean, had everything needed for a week stay and check-in/check-out was easy. There are several places to eat within 200 meters and a great pub similarly close.

The heated floors and heated towel rack were so nice. The location is ideal. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to shops and pubs. The only thing we missed was coffee pods but there were so many great coffee shops around that we didn’t miss it for long.

We attended a wedding at Kew, so the location was perfect. Walking distance to the Kew Lion Gate. Twin room was great for the kids and next door to the main bedroom & bathroom. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful.

Inside is lovely Outside needs help!
When we pulled up to the house, I thought we had the wrong address. The front yard was full of very high weeds plus paper and debris trash around the front door and bushes. The front door as well as the hall way needs a coat of paint plus a new rug on the stairs. However, when we entered the apartment door we found a very lovely, clean and well appointed apartment. Chris was very helpful.

Our family loved this flat! Originally our 2 boys were going to share the room w the twin beds but they started to fight so I was thrilled the front room sofa converted to a bed. No more fighting! Shower was lovely and the master bed was amazing. Great place!

Another great stay
This is our second stay at Chris’s place and we really like it! It’s clean, comfortable and in a perfect location, near the centre of Richmond and the train station. Chris is a great host, very responsive to any questions and helpful. This is now our go-to-place when coming to London 😀

The flat is beautifully presented with a huge bed in the main bedroom and a great twin which is perfect for kids as it’s not under the upper flat. The flat has double glazing throughout which minimises the tube and plane noise and keeps the flat nice and cosy (along with the underfloor heating). Off street parking was a real bonus for us! All in all, a fantastic flat, hosted by a very helpful Christopher, in a great location- can’t recommend highly enough and would definitely stay there again! Thank you

The flat is beautifully presented with a huge bed in the main bedroom and a great twin which is perfect for kids as it’s not under the upper flat. Overall a very well kept and very clean apartment. There are 2 rooms which suits 4 people ., any more might be a little cramped. The kitchen is small but clean and there are so many restaurants in Richmond area we never cooked , though a microwave would be handy .

Flat is in residential area on 2nd Floor, its clean nicely done up and perfect for weekend or just slightly longer vacay.
