Location is good.

1) The restriction is very limited to access the lift lobby for family member to go back the unit. There is only 1 pass given, it was very inconvenient for my family member to access when they back to unit. Family member wants to go back, need to purposely make a trip send them back and send to upstairs. Not suitable if there is elderly people to stay with this. 2) Carpark also need to walk so far to lift lobby. 3) Waited for long time when check out time. 4) Booked for 3 bedrooms but only provided 2 sachets 3-in-1 coffee and 2 bottles of mineral water. 4) Small room was double decker which was not stable and "swinging". It causes my family have to sleep at loving room - sofa. 5) both bathrooms shower tab are leaking, not well maintain. 6) Owner whatsapp me must give 10 points (full mark) and will give me discount 25% on next visit. Don't think I will back to rent this unit again!!!

Location is excellent

* The location is very good. You can walk to KLCC,bukit bintang area and KL tower * The host is very responsive.

* The room which we get is very difference from the picture that shown in picture. *Parking cost is RM 20/night. *The bed sheet and some furniture need to be renewed. * Need to enhance the room cleanliness * No window at one of the room but it has AC.

The property was in good condition, and was very clean

I wasn’t overly happy there was no one there to meet us for check in or to take payment. In addition to that some random man turned up at 0930 in the morning with a mobile phone so I could speak to the owner and provide cash payment.

This place is awesome. Nice ambiance and locality. The rooms were spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed and we all enjoyed as a family staying in this place. Closer to the attractions and walk-able distance if you wanted to take a brisk walk in and around. The check-in and check-out process is so easy that it did not feel like we had to wait anytime more than 10 mins. Some of the best views from the living room is captured and stunning to watch from both side of the living room. Would recommend this to friends for sure.

A complete set of fresh toiletries would have been better to use. Also few water bottles for the basic need to start with when check-in.
