The room is very clean and the bed and hot tub are very good. we really enjoyed. also, the breakfast at the room, it makes everything better and easier.

it was a little hard to sleep with all the light that comes from the outside of the room.

The room is excellent with fantastic view. Gorgeous terrass, pool. Nice breakfast.

The room requires some maintenance. Some kitchen facilities are broken, there is unpleasant smell from sewage system. Shower room is very nice but used water stays on the floor for a long time and does not leak away.

We had the best time staying here! We had an unbelievable view from our room, the breakfast was incredible, and the reception/host was absolutely lovely. She gave us recommendations for what to do, where to eat, and made us feel so welcome! We'll be back again!

lets start with the view. breath taking includes - sea view, caldera view and privacy was on spot. hot tub was adjusted as per your need. we preferred hot and was provided immediately . Maria is an exceptional host. she made sure we are looked after at every point. she checked on us via call every day she went out of her way to provide us with an early check in. served us with local wine and chocolates. breakfast is freshly cooked. served hot and always on time. costa is an exceptional help. The staff went way and beyond to carry the luggage to and from drop off point. close to all the bus station, bars, eating joints and main square. do ask Maria for recommendations about places to eat and visit.

Incredible view, but lots of steep steps to climb up/down from the suites. Hotel staff brought our luggage to and from kerbside to the suites, thank goodness as its a little bit of a walk. Hot tub was fab, and the balcony and sharing pool was just lovely. Breakfast on the balcony was great. Maria was lovely, very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Got a nice welcome drink and chocolate on arrival and a bottle of fizz provided as we were on honeymoon.

There was steps into the room around the hot tub that we tripped on a few times, so you need to be careful.

Concierge was VERY helpful and friendly, helping plan location travels and restaurants. Staff assisted with luggage to from taxi up/down many steps. Rooms have private balcony for breakfasts each morning.

Friendly Maria and Bobby greeted us at the front desk. Along with front desk services, the additional staff (maid and maintenance man) worked extremely hard and very courteous. The suite had a huge patio and hot tub, umbrella with two lounge beds, table with two chairs and of course stunning views of the caldera; large windows in living space and bedroom (shades in the bedroom for blocking the full sunshine); comfortable bed with superb sheets, large walk-in shower and luxurious towels; all located in the hubbub of Fira town with its shops, restaurant, and nightclubs (loud until 06:00). Location is prime: patio view is center to the caldera. Excellent breakfast served daily on the patio. Easy access to bus, vehicle rentals and taxi, if needed.

Unfortunately, the Nefeles Luxury Suites did not meet our expectations, especially for the price paid for four nights. Lack of attention to details, and maintenance issues were so evident it required a call requesting the manager to visit the suite and document concerns both immediate and long-range which we thought needed to be addressed many of which the owner of the property needs to be made aware. The description on Booking.com did not clearly match what we received and we gave detailed evidence to management. The suite is worn and needing a refresh. At some point management tried to make things right, however, we feel the suite should have been prepared for us upon

The view and location was amazing, we had the junior suite with hot tub and couldn’t of wished for a better room. From even before we arrived the staff were so helpful. Maria is so nice and friendly! When we arrived and left they picked up/dropped off our bags to the car so we didn’t have to carry them!

Wish they had room service - but you are in the heart of fira so it’s 1 minute away from food!

I had requested some wine to be in my room that unfortunately was not there when I arrived along with some chocolate desserts for a special celebration I had planned with my spouse. I went out and grabbed those items myself which were fairly close by.

Everything was superb - beautiful suites, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast each day looking out to amazing views of the caldera. Great location for restaurants and shopping in Fira. 10/10.
