Extremely attentive staff (who remembered our coffee orders!), wonderful porters to help with our luggage, beautiful facilities (rooms and pool), stunning sunset views, delicious food at the restaurant with top notch service…just perfect.

We loved everything about this Hotel. The view is breathtaking, the staff are so lovely and the breakfast was beautiful. The room was cleanly and we loved everything about our stay.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to make their trip to Santorini memorable.

Excellent location, short walk to the main precinct of Fira. The view was insane, pool was refreshing and staff were so friendly. Included breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable and aircon worked great.
Bar prices were a little high but consistent with the rest of Santorini.

Staff were incredible, hotel was so comfy and location was amazing!
The food could be much better, they should have more simple options on the menu. It's like they're trying too hard with what they currently have.
They could arrange their own transport to and from the hotel - €40 taxi to the port for a 10 minute drive

Beautiful boutique hotel, amazing uninterrupted views of the caldera, great location away from the sometimes busy crowds from the cruise ships.
We were upgraded to a deluxe room, and could watch the famous sunset from the balcony in front of our room.
Breakfast and the view from the tables was amazing, lots of choice on the menu.
Padded sunbeds faced the caldera view, towels were provided.
The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. A porter came and helped us with our bags from the taxi transfer. George at reception was super helpful.

A beautiful hotel in a magical setting. The hotel is very elegant, well run & provides the perfect place to stay in Santorini.
breakfast is very leisurely. You need to let the staff know if you have an appointment.

Everything and everyone were EXCELLENT! The location was great with beautiful views, breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the suites are spacious and very comfortable, but the shining stars of this property are the staff! We will be back and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was great - lovely freshly prepared food. The location was perfect, stunning views, a short walk to the main town but away from the crowds. The pick up service for luggage was very helpful. All the staff went out of their way to look after us. A special mention to George who was always there when you needed him!

The location, on the edge of the caldera, and the views were spectacular. Breakfast every morning was delicious, with ample selection and served in the beautiful open courtyard with views of the nearby islands. Service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Elizabeth, who runs the hotel with her brother, is an exceptionally gracious host who made us feel most welcome.

The view from the pool deck was outstanding and caldera-facing. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist. The breakfast options and range were delicious and we loved having breakfast out by the patio deck each day. The room was a great size and had good shutters for the light and were regularly cleaned. We came for our honeymoon and would absolutely stay again. It is about a 10 minute walk into Fira but much quieter beyond the 'hustle and bustle'.
There weren't feather pillows and no communal hot tub but that's about it!

The location is terrific. Views from hotel and private pool suite were incredible. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the restaurant amazing. Great experience overall.
This has nothing to do with this particular hotel but access to properties on the caldera in Fira (and elsewhere on the island) require a fair amount of sometimes vigorous walking to access. Significant elevation changes over cobblestone paths are common. Again, not a knock on this hotel, which was terrific.

The location is perfect, excellent view and near Fira downtown with restaurants and a lot of options.
The staff is very good, service is outstanding. We had a problem with the heating and they changed us to another room. But we loved a lot our first room.
Breakfast is good but not a lot of variety if you rest for several days. The view from the terrace of the hotel where you take your breakfast is magnificent. You can also enjoy a wonderful sunset from here.
